Dear Adobe Community,I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding a recent issue I have encountered while using Adobe Express, specifically relating to the use of assets from a contributor whose account has now been deactivated by Adobe Stock.Approximately 2 to 3 days after downloading and utilizing these assets in my designs, I attempted to revise my work, only to find that I could no longer access the downloaded files due to the contributor's account being banned. This unexpected action has not only hindered my workflow but has also resulted in significant losses for both myself and the affected contributor.In my efforts to seek assistance, I have reached out to Adobe support through various channels, including multiple chat agents and emails, yet I have received no responses or resolutions to date. I have contacted them many times to contact them but they are not telling me what to do. I understand that there is a problem with my account but they are not helping me.

Hello, I noticed that the default plan shown with the free trial is only the $29.99 plan, while there are other larger plans like the 750 assets plan for $199.99 which offer a much lower price per image. Why are these bigger plans not shown to customers from the beginning, before starting the free trial? Wouldn’t it be better and more transparent if all plans were visible on the first page?

Hi - first time posting I have created a banner and incorporated a stock vector for our 50th year.  We are a small member association company with just 1 full time and a number of part time staff.  We'd like to get some pin badges to give away for our 50th year.  It would be no more than 1000 but most likely 500.  These would be to give away at an event. Will I need an extended license for this because I'd like to have our logo and the 50 (stock vector) underneath.

Hi,I have bought 5 licenses of CC Pro Plus. Main purpose use to download stock. Before working fine till 2 weeks ago i got the messages like attach sreenshot.I tried to contact agent but problems not solved. I paid for 5 licenses with unlimited images but still cant downloads 200 files daily?I dont think so. Please take alook. Agents still cant help with general messages.I dont think click to button and download faster than normal and get blocked? 

Hello, My account has been block due to Generative AI on May 28, 2025. I have submitted the form on 19 June 2025 and sent several follow-up email. It has been a long time since I submitted the appeal form. Unfortunately, I did not get any response. Could you please suggest me what should I do? 

There is an overwhelming amount of sexualised imagery on Adobe Stock, (in using neutral search terms) and there is no safe search filter or way to report images. As a designer, I often find it difficult to locate appropriate content without being bombarded by images that feel overly suggestive or objectifying. (It occurs nearly every time I use the site for work) It would be great to see this all removed and improvements put in place to prevent this from re-occurring.

Hello Adobe community and support team, I have been a long-time subscriber of the older Photoshop + Lightroom plan, and recently I became interested in joining Adobe Stock as a contributor.However, when I try to register, the system says there are multiple Adobe accounts associated with my personal details.I have already submitted requests to delete the extra accounts via the official form and email, but I have never received a human response — only automated confirmation messages. The problem remains, and I am still unable to proceed with my contributor registration.

Glassmorphism designs are quite difficult to create using Adobe Illustrator as vectors, but it's much easier to design them in Figma or Adobe XD. The problem is, when exporting these designs as vectors from Figma or XD, the only option is SVG. And once you open that SVG file in Illustrator, all the glassmorphism effects get lost. So, the question is—do the contributors who upload glassmorphism designs or icons actually create them directly in Illustrator?

Hallo ich hab mich bei meiner E-mail adresse Verschrieben. Ich habe beim Anmelden auh gleichzeitig ein Abo abgeschlossen.Es sollte eigentlich ein Link kommen damit ich dem Konto ein Passwort vergeben kann, da es aber die Falsche e-mail adresse war konnte ich natürlich keinen Link bekommen. Ich komme auch nicht in das Konto um das Abo zu kündigen da ich ja kein Passwort habe. Mit einem Experten Chaten kann ich auch nicht, da ich mit dem Konto angemeldet sein muß. Hat einer einen Tip wie ich bei Adobe jemanden erreichen kann?? GrußSteven

Hauptsächlich kaufen wir die Bilder mit der Standardlizenz, da wir die Bilder nur auf Internetseiten einsetzen (Editiorial und Premium verwenden wir nicht). Laut AGB und Lizenzvereinbarungen dürfen wir die Bilder ja auch im Kundenauftrag kaufen und für die Internetseiten nutzen.Jetzt kommt es leider vermehrt vor, dass unsere Kunden Abmahnungen bekommen, da Sie angeblich keine Lizenz besitzen(wir stehen als Firma auch Impressum, für die Erstellung der Webseite).Wie können wir unseren Kunden als Beweis, den Lizenznachweis zu kommen lassen? Hello,I puchased two audio files on Adobe Stock (content ID 331406412 and content ID 331461040) and used it on a video that I published on my monetised YouTube channel.YouTube as usual raised copyright claims for these audio contents when I uploaded the video and I submitted a claim dispute using the standard procdure that I have used many times and has always worked.In this case though, they have reject my claim dispute.I checked on Adobe earlier and now these two audio contents are no longer available but the Adobe Terms and Conditions state that the licences you purchase are perpetual. And anyway I couldn't have known that these audio files are no longer available on Adobe Stock.I can appeal the rejection but YouTibe says I risk a copyright warnign if my appeal is rejected too.Can you please advise? I am currently losing money as my video cannot be monetised due to this audio content that I regularly purchsed on Adobe Stock.Kind regards,Laura Mattei  

Hi there. There used to be a button to "License" an image that was different from the "Download" button. I can't find the "License" button anymore. How do I license an image without actually immediately downloading it? My usual work computer is out for repairs, so I'm currently on my janky old laptop for a week or two. I really don't want to be downloading lots of images right now, even though I do want to license them so it's fast and easy to get to work with them when my computer DOES come back. In case the context matters, I've found Stock images I consider getting, then add them to my libraries while still unlicensed as a way to bookmark them and save them for later. So I'm going in to the libraries here on the Stock website. If it can be done on the Creative Cloud desktop app or online app, or if it can be done in Bridge, well, that's good I guess but "you can license things your downloaded app without having to actually download them, but if you license them on the pure

I have an Adobe Enterprise account and have used that account to download an Adobe Stock image. I then used that image and dropped it into other platform’s VideoGen AI tool to generate a video from an image (for purposes of comparing with Adobe Firefly). It then produced an AI generate video based on that image that I downloaded from Adobe Stock. My question is, does the terms and conditions of the Adobe Stock license allow such production of image to video creation on another platform? Are there any copyright infringement issues?

J'ai été prélevé directement ... Qu'est-ce que cette arnaque ? Bien entendu je ne peux pas annuler le paiement indu...J'ai résilié le même jour l'abonnement frauduleux mais je peux pleurer sur mes 59 €... Quelle solution existe-t-il pour un prélèvement indu s'il vous plaît ? J'ai bien envie de tout quitter de chez Adobe là, c'est n'importe quoi.... I'm sick of it and I don't know how to fix it, I've not used Adobe for long time not once this year and randomly my account gets billed no idea how you even got my card details as ones on the account don't match, and now they saying I have to pay $131 to cancel the subscription when you guys renewed my account, that's illegal. I'm ready to get lawyers involved.
