What to do: I received a free trial of Adobe Premium and then was suddenly upgraded to an annual subscription; I only found out about it after I was charged. I tried to cancel it, but there was a cancellation fee. I never intended or requested the subscription, but I had no idea it had been automatically added to my account without my knowledge. I've already been charged for two months, but I don't use Adobe Premium much.

My team just purchased Adobe for Enterprise which includes Adobe Stock, since we want access to images and video. We purchased an additional 150 enterprise credit pack specifically for access to enhanced licensing for audio clips. We recieved our Get Started with Adobe Stock - Enterprise Credits email, but when we log in, audio licensing still shows Standard only and our credits at the top only say Unlimited Images. We do have 1 Admin User, are they the only one who can access the Enterprise Credits and Enhanced Licensing for audio? Our Admin added us to his group, as entitiled users, but still we do not have access to the Enterprise Credits. Is there a step we missed? 

Hello there,I plan to use a picture (https://stock.adobe.com/hk/stock-photo/id/821661302?asset_id=821661302) as part of my book cover. The book will be published and openly and commercially sold both in the bookstore and online, and the expected sales would not exceed 500,000 copies. Since the image will be just part of the cover and will only appear once in the entire book (although this is not a picture book, but inside the book, there are other more than 100 photos), then, normally speaking, this image should not be considered as the primary value of the book, is my understanding correct? Then, what type of license should I purchase, a standard or an extended license? The last question is, I don't plan to make a big modification to the image because the designer thinks the image itself is perfect. In this situation, do I still have to attribute or give credit to the author since I paid for the license? Thank you very much!

This stock image (file: 1169798194)  is missing the vector image. I discovered it from my query for vector icons. It says it has an editable stroke and I thought I indicated that I wanted to download an EPS file. That makes me think the asset was configured as a EPS or JPEG download, but the EPS is no longer available.Image: 1169798194

Hi I put a couple of hours into searching for photos last night on my mobile and saved the ones I wanted to my library. It flashed up on my screen that they were saving to library. On desktop today though, only a small number have saved. So I have to put another couple of hours in. Any ideas why this might be happening. I googled and have worked through all the troubleshooting options suggested.

Hi,Is there a way to filter images via the subject location? If not, is Adobe Stock looking into this? I understand that this is a metadata  however other stock libraries seem to do it (e.g. Getty).Also, rollovers showing text info on the images would be useful, reather than having to click on the image to see info. Thanks, 🙂

At work I use an adobe subscription part of Adobe for Teams that is admistered and paid for by my company.  Whenever we needed to download stock, it seemed only certain people had access to download stock, and some didn't. When I started a few years ago the process was just to message the person who had access to the stock the ID number and they would send it/add it to our shared files. This added a small bottleneck on projects, for waiting for stock, and another task for a teammate to do. My coworkers believed the administrator could control who who could access stock, and assumed it would cost extra to add more people.  I found out today that is not the case. Whenever I tried to download stock, it would prompt me to either start a free trial or to pay for a stock subscription. This is why we believed it would be extra. Turns out, all I had to do was change the "personal" to my "company name" profile, which I had no idea was even a thing. I want to be clear, this is all

Hi, image 351830549 is listed as 1520 x 1143px and image 350481190 is listed as 1496 x 1124px. However, when I download them, they are both 799 x 601px. I'm confident the problem is not on my end, since I also licensed image 348891016, and both the size listed and downloaded size are the same (2272 x 1704px). What gives?

Hi allQuick question: is a Standard License enough for watermarked placeholders/samples on POD merchandising, or do I need to purchase an extended license, even if the images are just used as placeholders for the customer's own photos and not as part of the merchandising design for sale?In practice: for some designs on specific POD products I need people (e.g. military, couples, babies) portraits to work as placeholder for the customer's own photo. The images will have a prominently visible and sized watermark such as "Replace with your own photo" written on them.In terms of the size of the image, if standard licenses are allowed: would I need to buy the license size that covers the final size of the printed item (even if it's not supposed to be printed) or can I buy a smaller size that fits the biggest size of the product image shown on the POD website?Thanks!Fiorenzo

Hello, Can anyone confirm why I am reaching my daily limits? although I have Adobe's creative cloud subscriptions with no Adobe stock, wasn't it supposed to be free for members only? (Free stock not the paid once)  

I am new in this and was just trying to learn somthing new i signed up for trial version for photoshop  month to month i forgot to cancel it now i want to cancel my plan and they are charging me 126.45$ just to cancel .I was naive i didnt completey understand their policy for that mistake i have to have this loss same on these customer service i tried my best to tell them my suitation and they couldnt do nothing really disappointed.For a jobless person like me 126.45$ is a lot i will never use adobe my whole life even i have money later on.

Pls check the issue. after downloading asset I found the watermarks on it. 

When I create a library to save images to, the images save to the previous one I was using. Then the only way to move them is to open the library tray and painstakingly move them one by one to the new library. This happens every time I want to create. new library. Can someone explain how to use the library feature please?

I've been meaning to ask for the "exlude ai from search results" to be set as default for some time now... Loging in today that has now been removed all together.Adobe, Please remove AI from Adobe Stock or at least put back the filter. I'm a Graphic Designer and we do not want AI Now I have to wade through loads of useless results to fine anything I can use in my job.

I can't change my library. The pop-up that usually gives me the option to change libraries doesn't have that option. Why isn't there a simpler way to change default libraries for Adobe Stock? There really should be a much easier way than to click on a pop-up. Like maybe a dropdown or a check box in each library, when browsing through the library? Please advise.

While browsing through Adobe Stock looking for an image to use, I accidentally clicked on the license button without meaning to for said file - (File #: 873079877). Is there a way to undo the licensing? I think I would need help from an Adobe representative to remove the license on the image. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
