I have subscribed to Adobe Stock Photo for years. I made many purchases of images. However, many,not all, show in my library as not purchased. The only work around for me is to download the image and then manually put it into the library. Thanks for help.

Hello,I licensed a transpartent vector file from Adobe Stock, but I can't turn off the background or checkerboard background. I don't understand why the majority of the images offered for free in Adobe Stock are of white people.  It is so hard to find images that show diversity.  Seems strange considering your stance on inclusivity and diversity.I was searching happy retirement and all of the people are white!  I found one image of a black couple, a few images of asian couples, but everything else was white people.Also, there aren't a lot of images showing LGBTQ.  Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate that you offer free images, it would just add more value if they showed diversity.It would be really great to see this change.Thank you.

Hello. I was trying to get an image from Adobe Stock and there was a button that said download free with trial. So I clicked it and put in my card info assuming I would be starting a free trial. But, then my card was charged $10 for one image. I did not want to do this.

I have amassed a lot of Adobe Stock credits and they keep piling up. If I cancel my monthly subscription (at least for a while) will I still be able to use all of the credits I have in my account?

I don't know what the hell is going on but this is the second time it's happening. I see a template that i like and try to licence it, then realize i'm not signed in so i sign in and WHOOPS, it's gone. There's an astronaut cat saying "page not found" and i cannot find that template anywhere again. I clear all the cache & cookies but it doesn't help cause the moment i sign in, the template disappears again. And it's not just that one template, i can't licence a damn thing. Even if i somehow manage to open the template, it says "this asset cannot be licenced." BUT WHY? Also why do you guys show me a limited number of search result? Like I search for "minimalist magazine layout", why do i only get like 50 results? I really don't get this website..

I'm unable to download or license any file. Tried with incognito and a different browser. Sometimes it shows this error and sometimes nothing happens and I get a 400 error in the browser console.   

I accidentally licesned a photo (#420747046), is there any way to be credited another license for this error?

Hi, I accidentally hit the "License" button while browsing images and ended up licensing an image I do not want. Is there anyway to undo this as I have very limited assets left available.Thanks all,Aidan

Does anyone know what's going on with this. My coworkers and I have been having the same issue since Monday and it's now Wednesday. We have tried all the above steps and nothing is working.

I have 9 credits yet everytime I click 'License' a spinning icon appears for a second then nothing happens. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, tried in a different browser, even tried on a different laptop and the issue persists. My account is paid up to date, this is the first time I've had this issue after months of using. I can pay for the 'extended license' to download assets but am unable to use the credits for standard or enhanced licenses. Any ideas?

"My Situation".A text message came on November 2, 2021.I received a text message that the payment was not made on November 2nd due to a lack of deposit balance.At the end of the free experience period, ADOBE tried to take my money with automatic renewal, but fortunately, my credit card must have lacked balance.So I thought our contract was over as it was because the service was not available because the payment was not made.However, ADOBE told me to pay first to get a refund in order to cancel the plan (I didn't even buy it and of course, I didn't use 1% of the service. This is a very inefficient payment method.)So I tried to renew my card information and pay for the payment that was not made on 11/2 and then get a refund through cancellation of the plan on 11/16. But why do I have to pay a huge cancellation fee?If I can get a refund within 14 days of payment according to the policy, I canceled the plan today (11/16), the day of payment, but why do I have to pay a cancellation fee? Spielt die Beteiligungsverteilung eine Rolle? Es geht konkret darum, ob mit der Standardlizenz ein Artikel mit Adobe Stock Foto, ohne das Foto neu zu lizenzieren, vom gesamten Konzernverbund veröffentlicht werden darf (auch international).

I have looked through the License FAQ, and the terms and conditions for licenses. I saw that stock Audio files can be used in as many projects as you like. However I cannot find any info on how many projects we can use a stock video with an Enhanced License in. Is a stock video with an Enhanced License limited to one project, or can we use them in as many projects as we like?

Image # 285128421  Shows a photo frame with a transparent background, but once you remove the transparency layer it reveals that the frame is a solid shape with a shadow over it and so a photo cannot be placed underneath the frame. Useless vector should be fixed or removed. I've wasted so much time trying to make this work in AI.   

Hello, this option no longer works. I've been able to download to my computer for years til recently. Now it just saves to "my library" which i cannot figure out how to download to my computer. Is there something i'm missing? Please help if you can. Thank you Virgil

Hi there, I currently have "36 assets" available on my account, and would like to purchase a video that has an enhanced license for $79.99. I had read elsewhere in this forum that you could roughly divide the price by 10 to determine how many credits are needed - unsure if credits are the same as assets these days - but in either case it seems like I have more than enough. I pay quite a bit for this plan already so just hoping to use what I've already invested in to make the purchase. Would appreciate any help out on how to do that! Thanks so much,CC

I was licensing some templates today and my phone is on a lanyard around my neck... Well, I accidentally licensed 9 random things. Is there any way I can get my credits back? I have been saving my credits for months for a specific project.
