Hi!I've used adobe stock before within our edcuational license but as of late i cannot open it.It says that adobe stock is not available in your account.Also cant seem to figure out what is part of our license and what not..We have the following licenses available; Is someone able to help me? Thanks in advance!

HiI discovered this week that two other departments within our company have been using our stock credits. I only noticed because on Monday one department used up 10 credits- a month's supply in one day.  I checked the license history and see that starting this summer (about 4 months into our subscription) people from 2 other departments started accessing our credits.  I can also see anyone from the company who has downloaded free assets and free with Adobe Express assets on the report. Our admin confirmed that only my co-worker and myself have the Stock subscription (and we share it - 20 credits per month).   I am not the plan administrator so I can't reach out to Adobe directly - just reaching out here to see if anyone knows how we can silo our subscription so that only the two of us have access to our credits.  If it was one or two here or there it wouldn't matter but a month's supply in one day  with our department footing the bill is too much

Hi, I would like to license a video from Adobe Stock and use it in a documentary film intended for tv broadcasts and cinema distriution. Does the license Plus allow me to use the video in the film this way?

Hallo, Ich möchte für Deko Objekte für eine Veranstaltung Elemente und diese mit einem Druck bespannen und bin mir nicht sicher, welche Lizenz für die Bilddateien dafür ausreichend ist. Ich müsste die jeweiligen Bilddateien zuschneiden, teile davon verwenden, da das ganze sehr abstrakt werden soll. Ich habe zwei Bilder im Auge, die beide eine 'Erweiterte' Lizenz zum Kauf anbieten und dachte mir das würde reichen, bin mir jedoch nicht sicher, was der Zusatz im Info Feld 'Ausnahme sind Inhalte, die nur zur Redaktionellen Nutzung bestimmt sind ' genau zu bedeuten hat....siehe Screenshot unten.  Vielleicht kann mir jemand hier weiterhelfen. Liebe Grüße

I payed for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock on September 23rd, but I realized I wouldn't used it that much, so I canceled both plans on October 10th, and the mail they sent me said that both plans ended on October 10th and that I would get a reimbursement on the following 5 days.Today is October 14th and still nothing. I'm kind of worried. 

I am being charged for stock. I litterally dont know what it is or what it does. All I want is to be able to organize and edit my PDFs. Can i get a refund for the app I didnt use, My wife would say adobe came out and I was under the impression adobe DC was $30 a month. Please help

I believe there's a bug with the 3d models offered by Adobe Stock. When I try to open them in Blender, they look like the normals are reversed. But when trying to reverse them or recalculate them, it won't help. Is this a clear message that these models are not welcome to be opened in Blender? Or is there a trick to this? Thanks in advance!

A couple years ago, I comped out an Adobe Stock photo and thus have the original image and number. When I search for that photo now, it's coming up with an error, saying it's not available.Is there a way to still access/purchase this image?  Old number was 422007451, and it was a chair by a window with curtains billowing. Learning how to use the new Mock Up Beta feature. Do we have to pay for the mock up images on stock separataley? it always takes me to download and do a trial for 30 days but I have my subscription. Is that included on an subscription? thanks for the help 🙂

  When I am licensing a stock image there is an option to open libraries. When I set it to "display all" only some of the images appear. Why not all?

Good Day,We have been trying for over a month to contact our representative only to find out (after contacting multiple times) that our contact was no longer our representative. We are in dire straits because, despite having paid our invoices, our apps have been removed and we are losing productivity everyday!  Our team has tried calling, emailing, using the chat to get the support we require with no result and we are extremly dissapointed by the customer service provided by Adobe.  Vandan our old representative who is apparently still in organization but ignoring our emails and it seems that we now have Afrooz who is not contacting us back despite reaching out multiple times.  I need help finding a way to escalate our bad customer service and also to get the issues rectified as soon as possible. We are currently paying for services we do not have access to because it has been apparently removed and we do not know why.  Help please.  SM

Hello, I accidentally licenced asset #240748641. By just wanting to open an asset to see the file type, I accidentally clicked on the license button in the bottom corner and it downloaded, without any confirmation screen. Can't find an option to unlicense it, is there such an option?

Hi, I have been charged for more than a year (29.99/month), and I don't know if I have subscribed to a plan or not. Currently, I'm using a school account, so I don't think that account cost me that much for my plan. Can someone help me with my case, please? i purchased a credit pack to have 25 images. i have 6 images in my library now but all my recent searches are eaither "Free for trial" or "Purches" option. Can any one help how to solvee it?

So good lesson....it's extremely easy to accidentally license an image under Adobe Stock image subscription! I added a pile of images to my library, then went through to delete my least favorites. Instead, I clicked license for image 85126731. Adobe should really have a "are you sure?" pop up or something. Does anyone know how I can unlicense?

Hello, Ive noticed that Im being billed twice a month for my single Adobe Stock subscription. When I log onto my account, only one subscritpion is show as asctive, but im charged the $39.59 fee twice a month. thanks

We have a team account where I as the admin create and assign product licenses to users.Our question is, if Team Member A purchases an extended license on an image, does that license also allow other Team Members to use that asset under the same license?And if so, how would we allow other team members to access the asset?If not, how do we purchase extended licenses to be owned by the organization rather than by users?
