Unwanted PAYG Adobe Stock Account

My account was transferred from personal to Enterprise. It would appear that during that transfer an unwanted PAYG Adobe Stock account was created which nobody uses. I have called Adobe about this in the past but it is still there 7 months later. How do I get this removed permanently?

I do not know what a payg account is, but I would guess that anyhoe this is for Adobe customer care. Please contact an administrator for your Enterprise subscription to contact Adobe. Enterprise customers have a specific path to customer care.
