This is an real pain point. The descission to move the upload of user fonts like our own brand font to the "administrator console" is a real desaster. I work in a very large global company being responsible for brand design and brand management and ended up with the European Adobe license administrator to search for 30 minutes in the tools where this should or could be accomplished in the admin tool with no success before we gave up.Sorry to say that the message box that pops up is completely meaningless because even the IT department has no clue what is meant. Clicking the more info button leads to a page that talks about getting licenses for other Adone applications.This topic came up during the evaluation phase of pitching AE against Canva and will now drive the decision to go for Canva, since a basic task like defining a brand kit could not be solved even together with IT Admin support.When I read through the posts from other users about the same topic I think there is an urgent ne

Hi,I've a font for a brand identity I'd like to use in graphics - and it's the only of the set that isn't uploading to Express (or photoshop for that matter). It's a slightly larger file size - 134kb but just won't go anywhere. Doens't say there's anything wrong with the file–just 'processes' for ages and then stops. 

I have an Adobe Express error / issue.  When I go to my projects, I can see the cover page of the project.  However, when I click on the project, I don't see the project or it is black.  When I try to view all the pages, they show up black.  Is there a way to resolve this error / issue?  Thanks!

Is making a 12 x 18-inch poster at 300 dpi in Adobe Express possible?If so, how? I do not see any place to change the dpi settings.Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,I have saved a number of logo and vector assets to a library, which is now appearing with Adobe Express. When I add them to the page they look low resolution and cannot be scaled up.  Surely if they are Illustrator assets they should be scalable without any loss of quality? I have also tried ensuring that the asset artboard size is much larger than the destination artboard size. No matter what I do they appear the same when added to the artboard in Adobe Express. Anyone shed any light of this?Cheers, Adam

Useful features removed or not implemented. guides, grids, typewriter, capital text, second audio...etcHello! Please, I would really like to know if these functions will be implemented? It's sad to have a tool as good as this and not be able to use it. Tools like Canvas allow these functionalities but it is unthinkable to have to pay for another tool for simple creations. There is no point in having countless AI functions and removing the ones you use on a daily basis. - option to create guides and grids- re-enable typewriter text animation- option to view all artboards- option to activate and deactivate layer- option for second audio- slide zoom clipboard button- capitalized text option- gradient option for shapes thanks

Why doesn't Adobe Express work with Safari browser on Mac 12.7 ? I mean, it has not worked on any version of Safari that I have tried in recent years either...

Please copy the Lr Android crop behavior. The current crop doesn't constrain, has no guides, doesn't let you scale up/down by pinching, And seems to commit too easily.

Hi – I like to see how many people are viewing and/or appreciating the pages I put up with Spark, now CCExpress. But I see this feature has disappeared since the upgrade to CCExpress. Is this gone for good, or is there another way to access it? Thanks. Sandra

I used to have partial access to certain Adobe programs, which I used Adobe Express regularly. Then, suddenly I lost access and all the projects I had created disappeared. Just recently I gained access from my work to the full Adobe Cloud Suite. My thought was that I would be able to use Adobe Express Premium again, but it doesn't seem to include the premium version  - only the limited free version.  My question is, is Adobe Express Premium not included in the full Adobe Cloud Suite, or is this a bug?  Thanks for any help you can offer 🙂

Hello! Question in Adobe Express - When I am working and I am zoomed in on an object, my screen is constantly shifting to the center each time I click on the object as I am zoomed in - is there a setting or recommendation someone might have to fix this issue? Your time is appreciated,Roger 

I have been doing animate with audio with a couple 5th grade classes. They have chose their character, background, and then recorded their voice. Next they go into adobe so they can add some text boxes. It is taking a lot of time for things to load. At first I thought it was the chromebook, so I updated it and power washed it. Then I thought it was the internet but all other things done on the chromebook work fine, without slowness. So now I have come to the conclusion that animate with audio is slow and having issues. It has been frustrating for my and the students I am working with.

I manage social media accounts for multiple different departments at my school, each with their own Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, and I'd LOVE to be able to connect all of them on Express! Right now it seems like I can only connect 1 Instagram account, 1 Facebook account, etc., at a time. 

Can someone please comment on the ability to export or transfer Adobe Express projects to another user? I'm in a situation where Adobe is trying to consolidate our company's accounts and I've lost access to my Creative Cloud libraries! I still have access to my Express Projects, but I'm fearing that access will be lost next! How can get save all of these projects so that I don't lose all of my hard work?!
