I can't make animation character it's not uploading 

 Not Receiving the New Adobe Express Mobile App Hi Adobe Community,I’ve been eagerly waiting to try out the new Adobe Express mobile app, but it seems like I’m not getting it. I’ve checked the App Store/Google Play multiple times and even tried updating the existing app, but no luck so far.Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Is there a specific region or device requirement that I’m missing? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance for your help!Best, Faisal Hossain

Hi, I am new to working with mac so this might be the issue, but when I want to upload photos to adobe express, I would like to access the photo app as I have things organised in folders.When uploading it takes me to finder. In finder/applications the photo app is not accessible (greyed out). I can only access my pictures folder that has the timeline, but I want to get to Photo app folders. Can someone help me?

I recently switched phones, (from an 8 to an 11) and updated Adobe Express.  None of my files will load.

I'm using Adobe Express to create a photo collage. I am interested in changing the background of the collage from the white which surrounds each photo to a more neutral and pleasing colour. Please advise how to change the background on a photo collage

Hi, I am trying to add LinkedIn to my sheduler. I have given my account details including password. Apparently a verification code is being emailed to me BUT it hasnt and I have been trying this now for a few days. Why cant I get the code?

Since the new Adobe Express Update, i can't download my documents and graphics.And also the Page is loading all the time and i can not open my projects. Why is the Update so bad and not working very well?

I want a simple photo slideshow with audio in the background. I was told it's possible and easy in Adobe Express, but it everything but.  When I upload 35 photos, they're added as 'pages', but audio can only be added to one page at a time! So I either get 5 second clips of a song for each photo, OR I have to delete the whole project and start from the scratch - upload the first photo, add the music, then manually add each photo one by one as separate scenes. That's... the opposite of clever, easy, or convenient, so I want to check if I'm missing something - if there is any other way of doing it in an easy way.

Every week I make two videos with voiceover, background audio and slides in Adobe Express. This week the audio exported and will play correctly in Quicktime but the voiceover audio does not play in other applications like iMovie or ProPresenter. Like I said, I do this weekly. Last week and all the weeks before it worked. This week, only background music, no voiceover. Its as if it exported audio in layers. I assume this is a bug with the upgrade. I hope it resolves soon. 

I have opened and accepted the subscription from my phone pay but the adobe app does not show that the subscription has been accepted.

I'm trying and failing to hyperlink a phone number in a document on the Adobe Express app. Any advice?

App linked to Michigan unemployment UIA 'copyright' text at the bottom is a blank page and has Adobe Express blocked on my account I believe .

 I have 3 profile on my account, formerly i only have one profile, that is Personal account. Since i have second profile (Minluv.id-Deleted) all data on the personal profile automatically move to second profile (Minluv.id-Deleted). But why, when i am open Adobe Express apps, that is automatically use Personal second? All my data has moved to second profile. Why i can't open second profile on the apps (Minluv.id-Deleted). Im so sad and very confused, please help me! 

Error at png upload - file not compatible

Any chance you could take a look at the Android version of Photoshop Express and then explain exactly where "combine" is... Because I can't find it in the app and it looks like nobody else can. I can see generations Ai and I can select multiple photos to add to a "collage" (very 2026) but no sign at all of a combine button or menu item.

Hi, I want to upload videos from my Mac to Adobe Express but the tool only sees photos from "Photos" folder, videos are not showing up. Any solution to that, anyone?

I don't know if it's me but since being forced from the original app to the new one I think it was premature if there's a lot of bugs a lot of dysfunction and it just doesn't perform I'm having to restart every project over and over and over I think we jumped the gun here guys, thoughts?

While exporting a file made with Aodbe Express, the PDF format is not showing exactly what I have done as a designer with adobe Express. While jpeg looks fine, What to do since I need a pdf to make inclusive..?

In Adobe Express, when creating a video for example, when we add templates, media (photo, video, audio), or elements, we can click "Source Info" and see the license/asset ID.  They also show up in Adobe Stock license history. Now when we add "Text" we have certain layouts like Bio, Social, and so on. These contain icons / images as a group along with text. I am unable to see the Asset IDs of these icons/images, even if I ungroup them from the text. They dont even show up in stock under license history. Where are they from and what are their license details/asset IDs ? 

Hallo gibt es bei Adobe Express die Möglichkeit Vorlagen, welche man selsbt erstellt hat zu exportieren und bei einem neuen Konto zu importieren.Leider gibt es nicht die Möglichkeit des Teilens da das erste Konto geschlossen werden muss bevor das nächste eröffnet werden kann. 

dear Comminity,I have tried to turn a video (made in photoshop) into a gif in spark but the resultant GIF came out in really poor quality (seems really small). Any ideas on what that could have cause that?GIF attached, I can list any psd paramenters that would be helpul if anyone points me to those that would be relevant.Thanks! 💙💛
