Dear all Some users paying the Creative Cloud formula for Photo LrC/LrD/PS/Bridge and 20GB  avec access to Adobe express premium. The were using Adobe Spark and they have received a mail that they will have access to Adobe Express premium But some users paying the same formula does not seem to have access to Adobe Express Premium. Is this differenc really exist? Seems yes. How to know if one user have access and the other one no ?  Kind regards

I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access. When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it. Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

trying to edit a graphic in Express and now I don't have access to these? What [cursing removed] is going on at Adobe? This product keeps getting worse.

The app on my phone is not showing the files created on the computer website.

Can you please add a feature to add links so when I publish something to the web it can be dynamic?

What used to be a joy to create website trip journals, has become nothing but a mess, misery and wasted time. Thanks, Adobe, for ruining Spark. Just spent hours setting a simple 4 section journal (as I have many times before, excpet now forced to use the website), only to discover the links to various sections present the previous versions and themes, no matter how often I update and republish;  published images are pixelated and hideous when viewed in preview (yes, they have plenty of resolution); constantly being asked if Express can store "x" amount of stroage on my Mac; hitting the back button keeps throwing me OUT of "Your Stuff," and back to Adobe's home screen (very annyoing!) …and on and on. Was fun while it lasted. Sorry…don't wish to troubleshoot…thanks. Will look forward to using Apples new Journal app.  

Receiving this error in Adobe Express iOS app "Failed to license one or more images" when I try to add a photo stock image to a project. I've had an active monthly full creative suite subscription for about 15 years. I use photo stock every week, never had an issue. Today I get this error. I've signed out of the app and signed back in. I've signed out, deleted the app, rebooted my iPhone, reinstalled the app, signed back in and still have the same error. Today all day I was not able to use any stock photos. It says " Image Unavailable, try a different one or try it later" I have tried multiple times over the last 2 days. Same messages! PLEASE HELP!

In Adobe Express I want to handover my account to my new graphic designer. I'm moving on to a new role. How can I make the new person an admin and he can see my account projects and libraries?

Hi,  this morning Adobe Express has decided it doesn't want to upload any Adobe Stock images and is stating "Uh oh failed to licence one or more images" on every single one please can anyone help rectify this? I have tried all the following: • delete app and re-download • loging out and back in• checking app is updated • subscription is up to date 

I've uninstalled, reinstalled and uninstalled several times with no luck and after relaunching the App, Adobe Express, keep getting the same error message reading..."Failed To License One Or More Images"Trust someone will be able to assist me. Regards,
