Content scheduler is not publishing my posts in Facebook and Instagram. It says there is something wrong with the images. I tried png and jpg, with different sizes. See some of the images attached. What is wrong with these images? Why can't I publish????Anybody can help me??

Why My Express crash?what can I do to FIX it ? 

I am evaluating Adobe Express Scheduler following the end of life of ContentCal.I have connected our Facebook and Twitter accounts.I then tried to create a post for FB and Twitter.All seemed to go fine (looks very similar to Contentcal), but when I click the Schedule button nothing happens.At this stage, I closed the creation window and there was the post but both posts were in the Twitter row and none in the Facebook row.I have done some further investigation.  Posts without images work fine to both Twitter and Facebook. If I try to create a post with an image for Twitter it works fine. But if I try to create a post with an image for Facebook it either fails to do anything or places the post in the Twitter row (usually the former)I also tried to create a post without an image for Facebook (works fine) then edit the post to add the image but exactly the same – just sits there doing nothing and if I close the window down there is still the post without the image.I hope so

I work on safari and Adobe Express can't add any pictures to my project. It gives an error when I load a picture from my external disk or from the templates from Adobe itself.It has been nearly a week the last time I used Express but I never experienced this before.

 These are the errors I keep getting - for the past 2 hours! It's weird because I've never had this issue before - and I really need to use adobe express now.  So it's very frustrating that this is happening! CAN ANYONE PLEASEEEE HELP!?    

Hola Adobe Express no permite descargar ningun proyecto, a la hora de hacerlo aparece solo una fotografia en negro. a que se debe o que solución hay para este problema???  

Hi I need to design a banner that is 2900mm wide by 800mm high.ive tried to change the custumn size but it doesnt allow me to go up to the size. Can anyone help?Thanks 

I've got a bunch of videos that are a couple seconds long so I've been using this to merge them all together but lately, after uploading the clips and trimming them, checking that everything looks fine, the downloaded video is wrong?Let's say all my small videos come together to about 2 minutes. Once downloaded, i see the full video is 40 seconds and all the clips I put there that DO show up in the final video are in different orders.Am I doing something wrong?

I keep getting the attached failure message when attempting to post a video to Instagram using the Adobe Express Scheduler. The most annoying part about it is, the message suggest the team can look in to this, however there is no way to in fact ask the team to look in to this! Or an explanation of what element of the video format is incorrect to fix it myself. Very frustrating. I also find the same issue when attempting to post more than one image via instagram = error message, but with no explanation of what the specific error is in order to rectify and rescedule. Please provide a solution as this is an ongoing problem for me.

is anyone else having this issue today?  so frustrating, was supposed to be working on something for a client and i can't continue the work with this bug 

In adobe express, when trying to remove the background, I keep getting a timeout error. It happens most of the time, but not all the time. I have tried removing caches and different browsers, all with the same results. Any help would be appreciated.

I read another review about how an ai can extract a font from an image, any way I can do it on Adobe Express? If not, can you add it in, please?

Bom dia. O app está travando com muita frequência. Já apaguei e baixei novamente, 2 vezes. Já desloquei o celular e reiniciei muitas vezes tb. Mas o provenham não se resolve. Escolho as fotos para fazer o post, depósito de selecionar, o app trava e naoncosnioy mais trabalhar. Se puder me ajudar, agradeço muito. 

I found it a bit odd that anyone (without an Adobe CC plan) can convert their images to SVG through this link https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/convert/svg .  However, within Adobe Express app itself as a Creative Cloud subscriber, this conversion to svg feature is not available.  Anyone found the same situation?

Hi, I've been working all week on a project with payment Adobe but today I'm unable to remove any background. Please, help!

I am trying to add design assets but when I select the one I need the asset disappear in my design, this is in the mobile version where I usually used 

I had to clear my browsing history, catche, and cookies and once I did, all of my projects in Adobe Express disappeared. I am signing in the same way, using Google, but they are still missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

The text in my Instagram video posts is getting cut off when I download it. It looks fine in the Adobe Express app, but when downloaded all the text is cut off on one side. I have tried to replace the text, resize the text, resize the post, change the animation and nothing works. Strangely, the exact same post, resized for Instagram stories works just fine. Very frustrating. Any ideas? Files attached of the issue.

I opened up Adobe Express in Google Chrome in hope of making a design for a menu. However, when I decided to insert some custom text, no matter how I typed, the text would become extremely wide and extend beyond its selection box. Strangely, when I enter a different project with some pre-typed text (I had worked on these on a different computer), the insert text function works as intended. Here's a photo for reference:PS By the way, the site worked fine on another laptop I'd used. The problem began when I moved to an older laptop. I'll provide details if needed.

I can connect and post to every social media account. Express Scheduler (Desktop) says I am connected to Instagram, but I keep getting the failed message below. Does this mean Adobe will contact me? Not sure what to do, as publishing via the app defeats the purpose of the scheduler. Ironically it will post t the FB account I had to open in order to link my Insta Business account to it.I have prepare 36 days of content and need to publish ASAP.What should I do here?

Hi and thank for your reply! Im in Creative cloud Express and my mission is to create video content. Before starting the process I created a library within the cloud express but the library is not in the option for adding images when makin a video. If I want to do a Facebook post its there but not in the create video mode. I can choose from Google drive...  Dropbox but not from the library I created for the team. Maybe its not a feature but I would be great to have 🙂

Hello,I signed up for a free trial and canceled it on April 3rd. However, I got an email saying payment failed on my card. Thankfully, I did not have the required balance on my card so I was not charged. However, now I am unable to continue using my card because if money is transferred to it, I will be charged with adobe. I received the cancellation confirmation email. I will attach a screenshot, but it is in Turkish. Please help me in this matter because I do not want to be charged for a subscription I do not use.
