Adobe Express on Creative Cloud has not been accessible for a few days now via Safari. When will this issue be addressed?

When I download a png, transparent or solid, or a jpeg. Sometimes the formatting get all messed up.Sometimes it cuts off the text that's near the end. Or move th position on the text. But when I download the same exact project on Android, it comes out like it is displayed on my phone.  So why is it downloading on Android and windows act differently. 

I would like to use Adobe Express Schedule to post images to Instagram, however after adding several photos I clicked on the Preview button and all image were being shown as cropped to a 1:1 aspect and not the 4:5 aspect that I uploaded them as. I couldn't see any way to change the aspect to the original.  I did see a "crop" function, however that only offered to crop my 4:5 image to a square - not what I want. Can anyone help me?  Thanks.

Hola. Hace una semana estuve haciendo una presentación de diapositivas y al llegar a la tercera diapositiva no había forma de subir fotos, y tampoco sustituir fotos. Las fotos son tanto mías como del banco de imágenes, las subí todas a una biblioteca a ver si se solucionaba el problema pero tampoco me deja ponerla. Tuve que terminar el trabajo en otro programa, hoy he entrado a ver si se ha solucionado el error y aún no me deja poner fotos en mi proyecto. Me gustaría saber a qué puede ser debido para poder trabajar con el programa. Muchas gracias.

I am using Abode Express and The Teeshirt Regular font is no longer available. It worked up until Saturday and then it was gone.  Is there anything I can do to get it back?

Kann man dies Optimieren? Sollen dort nicht die Profilfotos der einzelnen Accounts auftauchen?

I was doing a job on a time line , and I downloaded it and I did a lot of things wrong and the teacher asked me to fix it but I can't find it and I'm super stressed  

I have been using the mobile app to create projects but want to switch to my laptop as it's easier to edit them. When I open the projects on the website they don't display properly, they are disjointed and all over the place. I have tried to adjust the screen resolution and the screen zoom but nothing works. The rest of the website is displaying perfectly but the projects aren't.

I downloaded express for the first time, but the tutorials I found on YouTube don't match the current ui. I want to double expose, looked up the tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/guided-mode-fun.html#DoubleExposureGuidedEdit But the step that says to select guided is confusing. Where's the guided button? When I open express all I see is my gallery and image selection. Inside the app there's no labels and no option to add an image. 

I am attemtping to use the quick remove background tool. I can upload the photo, and the preview looks good. But when I click "Download" instead of downloading to opens a new tab creating a new project w/ a random background color.  Like what is the point of this tool if I can't quickly just upload and then download? Like what am I missing?

Hi!When I use the iOS app of Adobe Express animations in my graphics don't work. Animated text for example just shows as static text. Why is that?Thanks!Julius    

Hello, when I try to log in Adobe Express, it tells me the following error message : "494 ERRORThe request could not be satisfied.Bad request. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner." I have tried to do anything... I tried to get help with the support team or log out of my adobe creative cloud to be able to re log in the Adobe Express but it doesn't work! I'm frusturated because I have a project in there that I have to send and I have a due date for next week. Can somebody help?

I tried sending them an invite as well as having them request access but it will not let them access it or let me approve their request. This project has a deadline so this is very concerning, we all need to have access to this.

I have a personal Creative Cloud licence, based on my personal emailaddress and I want to stop it in January because I've got a licence from my university, based on my work emailaddress.Is it possible to transfer Spark projects from my personal license to my work license, because I want to continue working on them within my worklicense

Subject says it all. When creating a template from a simple picture with 2-3 text layers, the template creation process is extremely slow. It has taken up to 30 minutes to have something ready as a template. Is this a temporary problem?  Thanks

Hello,  I'm trying to create a logo and set it to a specific size, such as 500px * 300px.  When I attempt to create, I'm unable to resize the artboard to match the logo size.  For the logo design experts on this support group, how do you create a logo for a customer and then cut the excess artboard away to be able to use the logo on a banner of a website or something similar?  Please Help!   

I was using Adobe Express on my browser to make a collage for an assignment. Whenever I try to save or download my collage my pictures turn black and I can't fix it. The pictures are still there because I can click on them and move them but the image isn't showing. Does anyone know a solution?

I created some custom templates I'd like to use and saved them in my library. When I'm accessing Adobe Express from a browser on my desktop computer, I can easy create a new project from the library templates. I can do this both by selecting the "Create New" button and then "From Your Templates" or by navigating to the library, selecting the template, then "Create New". However, when I select the "Create New" button on iPadOS and navigate to the templates in my library, I get an error that says "This Creative Cloud Library does not contain any of the appropriate items". I know the templates are actually there and work to create new projects because I can do it on my desktop. I can't use the templates at all on my iPad because if I try to use my browser, it reroutes me to the app where it won't work. Right now I have to do a workaround where I have to go to my desktop, create the new project from my template, then go back to my iPad to edit it. Surely it isn't meant to be

Hi Guys, I'm new to the Adobe Express Suite, but finding it really useful so far. What I'm trying to figure out is, when I create a post I am able to make multiple pages and re-size them (i.e. one to fit Insta, one to fit FB, one to fit Pinterest) so I have one post with say 3 pages that match to fit the correct platforms. Is there a quick way that I'm missing that means I can schedule these posts to the right platforms at once?i.e. The Instagram size will post to instagram, FB to FB, Pinterest to Pinterest? I'm confused as to why you can add multiple pages if it won't let you do this?Help appreciated 🙂 Stephanie

Lately, when I'm in an Express project and hit the Projects tab to go back to the list of projects, Adobe will undo my last change on the current project before exiting. If I hit the Home tab, it doesn't happen. But this means when I'm reading to switch to a different project, I have to hit Home every time and then navigate through all the folders/sub-folders again. Does anybody know what is going on?

When i attempt to upload a recent pic from the "All Photos" folder in my photo library, it isn't showing the most recent pics; the pics at the top of the album are at least a week old. To circumvent this issue in the interim, i've been moving whichever pics i want to use into another folder, but this isn't an ideal peranent solution bc doing this essentially creates a duplicate photo, as the original stays in the recent folder and a duplicate is sorted into whichever folder i chose in order to upload it to Express. I tried deleting the app and redownloading but it didn't help.  This issue is ocurring on the app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 16. Thank you in advance for any help! 🙂
