Documents won't route to users

I have a document out for signatures but the documents are not showing in the inbox for users to sign and they are not receiving the auto generated email reminders.

@sharp_maker3649 maybe the users' email clients may be filtering the automated reminder emails to go straight to their Spam or Junk folders?

As you have sent the document for signature, please check if the document appears in the 'In Progress' folder under the 'Manage' tab in Acrobat Sign. 

 

You mentioned that the recipient is also not receiving the email. Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/47PwOoM.
