How the duplicate signature field being created?

After creating a signature, name, date, and title field, the software is often (not always) automatically creating a duplicate signature block below these field and there is no way I've found to delete this duplicate block. Any idea why this would happen?

Hello, 

Assuming you are the Admin for your account and using the regular send page -  here is a setting that can commonly cause this: 

 

 

If one or both of those boxes are checked and you don't want Sign to add that extra signature block you must collect this information in a correctly formatted field for every recipient.

What if this is happening and this setting is not the cause? Any other suggestions?

If Adobe Sign is creating an additional block, it's one of 2 reasons, first reason is discussed above, second reason is that it means one participant has not been assigned a signature field.


I have a form with one signer, have used text tags to setup the signature fields, and the settings mentioned above and not checked. I cannot figure out why an additional block is being added. Any thoughts?
