Send for Signature could not send error

Recently got a plan for Send for Signature, and it was working fine doing a few tests until yesterday.

Now, whenever I try to upload a file to create a send for signature document within Adobe Acrobat, I get an error saying "Could not Send. An error has occurred. Please try again."

When I try to access Send for Signature from the web based service, as soon as I click on send for signature, it refreshes the same page and nothing happens.

Yes its is all working now.  I did find this system of reporting frustrating and quite stressful. But it is a relief to be able to get things done again.

I have the same issue - highly frustrating and utterly useless error message with no help at all

Next time you bump into this error, please copy the error string and paste it in here so that we can have a look at what might be happening.

Hi Sameer - see above someone else has exactly the same issue and has posted a screenshot - my problem is identical - as you can see, not a very helpful error message to what appears to be a common problem!

Hello

We have the same problem, we changed our main email address for a new one and we are receiving the same message everytime we want to send a document for signing.

What can we do for solving this issue?

I'm having the same issue here. I temporarily changed my email back to the old one, this resolves the problem, but I'd like to use my new email in the future. Also, I don't want to register another account, that is just too complicated.

I've messaged the staff in this thread but got no response. Any other staff in this forum that can help? Thanks!

Same issue here, did not change my e-mail or anything. It simply stopped allowing me to send. I already inboxed one of the admins here, hopefully it will help.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been given multiple case numbers, and the issue has still not been resolved. The first call in was over a month ago and they still have not given me an answer on how to fix the issue...

I am having the same problem but why should I post personal email addresses on this forum and why is it such a secret as to how to fix the problem with a program that we all obviously pay for.  If this error does not get righted soon - I will take my two offices and switch all users to a program that actually functions.
