Sign and Fill wrapping text to 2 lines (when it doesn't need to!)

Hi All,

I'm using Adobe Sign and Fill in a healthcare setting. Every time, I complete a form, the text appears on single line, but somehow after I save, every single entry is increased to 2 lines (Ex: a date appears as 10/15/1 (9 is on the next line). Very annoying. How can I fix this?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm if you are using the Adobe Fill & Sign application to fill the form or the Fill & Sign feature in the Adobe Acrobat Reader?

It would be helpful if you can share the video of the issue that occurs when you fill the form.

Also, let us know the Adobe application and OS version on the device.

Hi Ian,

Our Ipads are doing the same issue that have preformed the OTA update from 12.4.1 to 13.1.1-13.2.2. We have been using them for years with no problem in our company setting until after the Apple update. We are using the Adobe Fill & Sign application only and not the feature in Acrobat Reader. I would be more than happy to upload a video of this issue.
