adobe fill and sign quit working properly on ios 13 update on all of our ipad air 2 and ipad 5th gen

Once our ipads did the OTA update to ios 13 to 13.2.2 the adobe fill and sign quit working properly.

The text is what I call wrapping. I uninstalled fill and sign and re-installed but with the same results.

This is what it looks like.

Hello, we have the same problem since iOS 13.1.1.
I searched for a while, but I didnt´t find any solution.
I tested the app on my iPhone 8 with iOS 13.2.2. I make a fresh installation yesterday and anything is working fine on the iPhone.
Please helping us quickly.
