AI Generated content in Vector

I want to use AI-generated content in my illustrations, but I don't want to trace the whole picture and just upload it to AdobeStock, I want to take individual elements from the AI pictures and rework them significantly in a vector. Do I have the right to do this?

Just a few days ago there was a great discussion about this, I'm going to provide the link to that post:  https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/ai-generated-illustrations-as-vector-graphics/m-p/13768435#M60251

It also has links to other posts, including one post where an account was banned for using A.I. content to create vectors.

Cheers!

To my understanding, it depends on the ownership of the images generated from AI. Did the owner of the AI algorythm give you the ownership?

If yes, then you may use them. You must however, declare your image as an AI generated image.

(My answer appears to be incorrect. Please read below)
