Hello Danielle, thank you for your intentions of helping, before I found your contestation I discovered this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/es/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html that has allowed me to communicate with the adobe Stock responsible and currently I'm in process of resolving the case.

Thank you for your time.

The situation was resolved, when I contacted Adobe Stock contributor's support, I sended them screenshots of my drawing's layers, they reviewed it a second time and accepted my image on the platform, now is visible for all.

Thank you for confirming two things:

  • Contributor support is reactive and helps out if the request is legit.
  • Adobe may reconsider theit decision, if the refusal is based on an obvious error or the moderators.

I contact a chatbot and it tells me that it will not connect me to an Adobe agent because I do not currently have an app plan.

Customer care is not the correct one to contact for contributor issues. Customer care agents can't help here.

Yes, I have heard of a couple of cases where contributors were able to contact support about this issue and have it resolved.

You can try submitting it again. Maybe the moderator misinterpreted it or selected the incorrect reason for rejection. Another more complicated option is to provide a property release along with the asset indicating that is your original work.
