Images mistakenly have wrong submission format, should I delete then re-submit?

I mistakenly submitted two images (which were recently approved) as Illustrations when they should have been Photos. How can I fix this? Should I delete them then re-submit?

You can't fix it. When you delete and resubmit, you risk that they don't get approved. If they have no sales, I would delete and resubmit. With sales, I would keep them. @MatHayward may say otherwise.
