I got the contributor promotion for free photoshop. Do you know if it is only for one computer? In the past, with a paid subscription it allowed me to install to two computers.  Thanks

Hola! Me rechazaron estas fotos. Soy nueva en esto de publicar stock de fotos asi que agradecería mucho que me ayuden a mejorar y decirme que creen que está mal en estas fotos. 

I recently uploaded a AI file containing 17 vector textures. I save the AI file and a JPG  cover image in a zip file to be uploaded to Adobe Stock  it was accepted and now is visible on the market the problem I have is the file is not showing the cover image.. is there a way to edit or change the cover image? cover image refers to the image you see whenever you do a search. any help would be great thanks.  b.

Hello, after almost 5 years of hard work and almost 10 thousand videos uploaded, my Adobe Dtock account was blocked for my eerore. I made a big mistake, I had to contact support the moment I didn't to warn of an alleged scam. I do not write any more info, because I know that here is not the right place to do it.My question. There are ways to contact support and talk about the problem, to explain what happened. So can i provide proofs or other useful information to unlock accounts?In the first days after the block, I received the email that the account is blocked with a link to the terms of use.I wrote to contributor-support@adobe.com with some info, but got no response. About a week has passed.At least, is it possible to reapply to adobe to create a new account? Suche ich aber auf Adobe Stock mit den Stichwörtern „Kopenhagen“ und „Bibliothek“ finde ich eine Vielzahl von ähnlichen Bildern des gleichen Objekts (Königliche Bibliothek in Kopenhagen). Wird hier mit zweierlei Maß gemessen? Oder entscheidet jeder Prüfer individuell?

Hello everyone,I'm attaching here an image that was accepted a while ago as commercial.However for some reason I stumbled across it again and I began to wonder if there might be any issues with it in the future because it contains two buildings. The brown building is just a generic outpost for rescue services I think.The red one is a business as it offers lodging and meals for hikers.No signs or logos are visible in the image but due to the scenery, people who have been there might be able to recognize it because it is the only red building in the area. Initially I posted it because I read this: https://helpx.adobe.com/ro/stock/contributor/help/property-release.htmlIt says there that a property release is not needed for "generic street scenes or cityscapes" and "Broad cityscapes that don’t have a single point of focus" I find it a bit confusing because it also says "as a rule of thumb, any identifiable business or private property requires a property relea

I can't transfer Fotolia account to Adobe Stock. When I try to do. it's show this: "Please contact our customer service team through this form for assistance." or: "The selected account is already being used".    I deleted my old account on Adobe Stock recently, now I create a new one, I suppose this could be a problem, but I still got emails of my sold files, but I do not have an access to my gallery.  The building is easily identifiable by anyone from my town. It is older than 120 years, it's not private property, but I don't want some lawyer to come knocking on my door 5 years from now.I've read all the pages from the Adobe Help and I am not still 100% sure, can anyone clarify this?Thanks
