My photos were rejected for quality issues, can anyone tell me what the problem is? I cannot figure it out

These were all rejected for “quality issues” and list many reasons to what it could be. Can anyone point me in a specific direction to why they were rejected? I cannot figure out what the issue could be, but that could be my bias getting in the way of a clear answer. Too bright? Composition? Blurry backgrounds? Thanks!

    Hey @ALPStudio

Remember each image should tell a story and draw the viewer into the image.
    The flag is over exposed.
The image has no real point of interest.
There are a number of distractions or things being covered up: Home.
Home could be an interesting point of interest. Bring the bight flag over. Have someone standing in the doorway. Concentrate on the blue wall and home.
Have the flag on the wall a bit more in focus and the bright flag leading the viewers eye into the photo.

Crop in and take out the trees.

Use a tripod. Take 3+ images One slightly dark, one just about right (slightly dark) One a bit brighter not over exposed though.

    then composite the image together.

    Cheers
    Nate

Overall your photos need exposure corrections and sharpening.
Here I cropped the photo, removed objects and shadows, added detail to the sky, corrected exposure and color, sharpened the photo.

    Hello,

I think you could also learn more about how to compose a photo. It is really important, and is also important when taking photos for stock. The subject of the photo needs to be clear!

Be aware of distracting elements in the photo.

Read this link from Adobe about composition. It gives good guidelines!

Focusing issues on most of these. The only thing in focus in this one are the leaves and they don’t make for interesting subject matter. The image below it might be more interested had you focused on the background and while letting the tree framing the image go slightly out of focus.
