Que formulario rellenar de impuestos si soy de españa y soy particular?

Hola soy nuevo en esto de adobe stock no soy autonomo ni empresa soy un ciudadano español particular pero adobe me dice que tengo que rellenar un formulario de impuestos... Pero no tengo ni idea de que formulario rellenar podriais ayudarme?? Debo hacerlo para vender? Es que hay muchos formularios... Porfavor ayuda!!

There is only one form you need to fill out.

And filling it out is quite easy.

To be clear: the tax form only gives Adobe the authorization to deduct what ever you due to the American tax authorities. You will still need to fulfill your tax obligations according to the Spanish taxing rules.
