Review Request for 2 Rejected Robot Mascot Illustrations (Pack of 40)

Hi everyone — I created a pack of 40 original robot mascot illustrations (different states and poses) intended for use as UI illustrations or in other projects. Adobe Stock accepted 38 of the files but rejected 2, claiming they are too similar to other assets. They are original work and not copies. How can I appeal to Adobe Stock to request a review of the rejection?

No appeals, sorry.

Everything's been done before. Stock has over 400 million assets to sell. There's always a risk of overlap with existing content.

This is what Stock has to say about 'Similar Content.'

Hope that helps.

Actually, Nancy, the database is now at ~820 million assets, and ~47% of those are AI. This is why Adobe has increased the rate of rejection for "similars". It's hard to find a topic that isn't already over-represented.

I stand corrected.

There is no avenue for you to appeal rejections; surely, if Adobe allowed that they would be beseiged with requests to reconsider every rejection! Anyway, it's best to submit such images, which are all on a similar theme, in very small batches which can possibly reduce the rejection rate.

You can not appeal. Moderator's decisions are final. Given the situation with rejections for assets that are too similar, you are actually doing quite well compared to others if you had 38 accepted.
