And it's still unclear why they didn't accept the illustration with the snowboarder. I had previously uploaded three other illustrations of people and there were no problems with them. Nobody here knows exactly how the similar assets rejection works, we can only speculate. We think that the tool they use is flawed, Adobe is convinced that the tool is working well. Adobe has the insight, and may be they are accepting a few "colaterals" and are catching massive spamming with it. There were accounts having submitted hundreds, if not thousands of similiar assets.
But even the most experienced contributors get a huge number of "similar" refusals. Quality issues are by far easier to check.
