AI圖片生成影片故障好幾天了，都沒使用到卻先被扣了10點數，試用又快到期限，請問該怎麼辦？

Please be assured that whenever a generation fails due to an error, the system automatically refunds the deducted points to your balance.
 

Upon reviewing your screenshot, it appears that the text prompt might be exceeding the 2,500-character limit for Kling 3.0 Omni model. We recommend shortening your prompt to comply with this limit and attempting the generation again.

If you continue to experience difficulties after adjusting the prompt length, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Generative AI access for free users without a plan

Free users of Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Adobe Stock, Photoshop on the web, Acrobat, and Adobe mobile apps get a limited number of free daily generations across all generative AI features, available on a curated set of models. These limits refresh each day so you can continue to explore, experiment, and create. For additional creation with the full set of models and expanded capabilities, subscribe to an Adobe plan. The number of generations, features, and models are subject to change.

 

If I am on a plan that does not have access to premium generative features, can I try them out?

Yes. For the Creative Cloud plans that do not have access to premium generative features, Adobe is currently providing complimentary generations of these features for you to try them out. For example, you can currently get 2 free video generations and 40 seconds of video and audio clip translation. 

To generate more than what is currently included, beyond complimentary generations, you can add a Firefly Standard, Pro, or Premium plan or upgrade to Creative Cloud Pro.

Each Model, use case scenario: image, video, vector, logo and so on uses a different amount of credits. 

Here you can see how many credits you have available.

The bottom right corner indicates how many credits are required to generate.
