Ich kann den ganzen Tag keine Bilder mehr generieren.

Can you try a hard refesh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.


If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?

数週間前から画像のように画面が真っ黒な状態になり、画像生成ができなくなってしまいました。

考えられる原因と、対処法がお分かりでしたらご教示いただけませんでしょうか。

Macbook Air 16GB, Sequoia 15.3.1, Chromeで使用。

Adobe CCアプリから開き、FireflyのTOPには問題なくアクセスできます。生成の履歴を見ることはできますが、そこから編集を試みても、同じ編集画面で真っ黒の状態になってしまいます。

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you then OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

Cundo escribo cualquier cosa para generar me sale esa pantalla, que se supone que es donde te las genera, peor no termina de cargar, ya intente cambiando de red y cambiando de navegador, incluso reiniciando mi computadora, pero ninuna solucion funciona

크롬브라우저에서 firefly가 작동되지 않습니다.    

(첨부사진: 첫번째 사진:프롬프트에 입력 --> 2번째 사진: 멈춘 상태)

네이버웨일에서 실행 하였을 때는 잘 됩니다. 

주 사용브라우저는 크롬브라우저라 크롬에서 해결이 되어야합니다.

<시도해본 사항들>

1. 크롬브라우저-시크릿창에서 작동됨: 확장 프로그램(Extensions)은 전체 3개.(Adobe Acrobat, Chrome Remote Desktop, Google Docs오프라인)과 충돌없음

2. 캐시.쿠키 삭제 후 크롬재시작 : 설정 > 개인정보 및 보안 > 인터넷 사용 기록 삭제에서 캐시된 이미지 및 파일만 선택하여 삭제 후 재시도.
   ==>시크릿 모드에서 Adobe Firefly가 잘 작동되기 때문에 이것도 아닌것 같습니다.

3. 크롬삭제 후 재설치 시도. 작동안됨

 

 정확하고 빠른 솔루션을 기다립니다.

bonjour, 

lorsque je me clique sur générer, une page blanche s'affiche et je n'ai pas accès aux outils de Firefly.

Mes crédits sont ok

je suis sur mac séquoia 15.4

appli à jour

je joins une capture d'écran

Hola, tengo problemas con Adobe Firefly al utilizar la generación de imagenes. Ingreso el promt pero la pagina siguiente se queda en blanco, por favor como soluciono el problema.

テキストから画像を生成の画面が何も表示されません。

 

ブラウザはChromeの最新

MAC OS 15.1.1(24B91)

 

スクリーンショット載せておきます。

ちなみに、ファイルの方を見ると生成はされているようです。

ファイルの方の小さい(生成された)画像をクリックすると同じように何も表示されません。

Le bug c'est sur FireFly, J'ai réussi à faire 4 images et puis plus capable d'en faire d'autre l'écrans reste noir. Je travaille avec un Mac Studio. Voir images jointes
