Can you try a hard refesh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.


If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?

맨 처음 홈에서 생성하기 버튼을 누르고 넘어가면 이미지 생성에 대한 창조나 효과를 설정할 수 있는 화면이 나오지 않고 계속 저 검은 화면만 떠서 이용을 할 수 없는 상태입니다.

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you the OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

Hi @javi1968,

 

Try doing a force reload in Chrome on the Firefly page that is blank. Forece reload meaning hold down <SHIFT> and press the reload button.

Buenos días, el problema es el navegador Chrome, no se el motivo, con el Microsoft Edge funciona correctamente, pruébalo.

NO funciona, no puedo ver los archivos de galewria, ni generar, no muestra herramientas, solo una pantalla en blanco

Intentá entrando desde el link que te llegó con el mail de bienvenida cuando te suscribiste a Firefly. A mi me pasó y lo solucioné asi. Saludos

You did not provide a lot of information, but I think this might be your problem.

 

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.
• Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.
