Can you try a hard refesh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.


If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?

Thank you for your message.  I think this thread might address the issue you are having.

 

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you the OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

I am guessing based on the limited information you provided that this might be the issue. 

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please provide us with a screen shot of the full browser window showing the problem and tell us the OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

Steps you could take
1) Clear your cache
2) Use a different browser
3) Turn your computer off and on.

Have you attempted to clear your cache, using a different browser, and opening a different tab?
Sometimes something as simple as turning your computer off and on works.
