Firefly doesn't save the files that I pay to generate. What the heck?

On Firefly (beta), I generated 2 files. The video generation stopped, so I went to lunch. When I logged back in, the files were not anywhere to be found.  I use Adobe Express, and it auto-saves all files (even a bit too many versions!). Firefly should at least ASK if I want to save files that I pay for.
