Firefly video edit request made no changes per the text request. Twice I tried with no resulting change yet I was charged 500 credits.

I requested video additions in Firefly in text with no resulting changes. The system used Runway Aleph. I tried again and the result was the same: no changes to the original video. I was charged 250 credits each time.
