Question

I had 4500 fresh credits, generated two 400-credit videos and my credits were depleted.

I was waiting for my credits to reset on 7/22. On 7/23 (with 4500 fresh credits) I generated two 400-credit Veo 3.1 videos. They came out wrong (which, frankly, is frustrating to burn credits with undesired results despite the specificity of the prompt) so I attempted a third video and got a message saying that i had run out of credits. WHY??? HOW??? I reported it to the live chat and the Adobe tech asked me for 2 - 3 hours to solve the issue and that was 8 hours ago. Why is Firefly deducting the wrong amount of credits without warning??? Now I have to wait a full month to continue working??? This is ridiculous!

    Hi Boqueron.1969,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing these details.

I checked our internal system logs for your account from July 23 through July 24, and here is what the activity shows:

    • Billed Video Generations: Only 2 requests for Veo 3.1 video generation were successfully processed and billed on July 23 (which should account for 800 credits total).

    • Unbilled/Rejected Attempts: Two additional video generation requests were logged, but these were rejected by the system before metering occurred and were not billed.

    • Recent Activity: There have been no logged requests or credit deductions on July 24.

Since our records show only two billed generations, which should leave a substantial portion of your 4,500 monthly credits intact, we need to investigate why your account is throwing an out-of-credits message.

Could you please provide a screenshot of your current credit balance as displayed in your account menu? This visual confirmation will help our engineering team trace the discrepancy between the billing logs and your active account balance so we can get this resolved for you quickly.
(Just make sure to cover any personal info like your email before posting.)

    Let us know.
