Hi,I don’t see ideogram anymore, not in boards and not in firefly generate. On the site is it still mentioned as partnermodel. When is it coming back? 

When we edit photos with Firefly, The resolution of the final image is not same as the uploaded image why is that , why can't the final output resolution be same as original and why it is being reduced , keep the resolution same of final output image that's my final suggestion 

its costing me 400 credits every time I edit something this is robbery, a monthly subscription and credits sold separately ….your putting a gun in my face and taking all my money for the ai to generate something with the wrong spelling I have wasted 800 credits trying to correct the original rendering of my prompt. i was recently on temu and i took a screenshot of a dress i liked. then later, i was on adobe firefly and i gave it a reference image of a person and a DIFFERENT outfit. i did not upload that dress at all onto any adobe apps. instead of giving me my requested images, you hacked into my computer and used that exact dress that was NOT uploaded ever. i am concerned that you are hacking into my devices, and that is not okay. you must stop this immediately, and this is VERY ILLEGAL so if you dont want me to report you, kindly stop hacking my computer.have a nice day.

So, I’ve been using the Adobe Firefly image editor directly on the site for about a month now with no issues.  But, for some reason today I can’t upload any images to edit.  I go to the image editor, hit the Upload button, select an image to upload and hit ok, then nothing happens now, the image just never comes into the editor now for some unknown reason.  I have tried both the current versions of Chrome and Firefox and both have the same issue.  Is there some place that the images are getting stored that is like maxed out capacity wise and needs clearing out or something?  There’s no error message displayed anywhere when this happens, so I don’t know what is going on. Please assist and thanks,-Jason

Admittedly, I do generate a lot of images. I generate many different versions of one image so that I can take the best of each and combine them. I’m sure many people do this. Admittedly, I was going rather fast earlier today in regards to this process, and ran into the “slow down speed racer” text a few times. at which point I did. I waited about 5 minutes, then continued and everything was fine.However, about an hour ago as of writing this bug, I have been unable to generate even a single picture. the “speed racer” thing hit me an hour ago and has since not allowed me to generate any images. I’ve cleared my generation history, deleted my cache and cookies, temp files, logged out, closed adobe, closed the browser, and when getting back in the issue continues.I’ve tried other browsers as well, but obviously to no avail. I am on a subscription plan. I can’t remember what it’s called, but I know I get 10k credits a month but have unlimited access to certain models like nano banana 2 (whic

All I want the subjects in this picture to do is dance.  Why won’t it generate?  I even typed the prompt, “The subjects in this picture dance.”This is silly.  Even chatgpt can’t get prompts to work. 

Half of my images are lost everyday. They only save a small fraction, but after 2 days everything gets deleted. All the while everything errors. with 90% of credits remaining.

I am creating a childrens educational animation series. I am indigenous Palawa and am basing it upon culture, endemic species and unique landscapes of Lutruwita. AI assistant in Firefly asures me that my content is within acceptable limitations, however an overly zealous, blanket approach to video generation moderation filters implemented by Adobe is causing the issue solely. This is unfortunate as completely incapacitates creativity and direction.Please address otherwise i will have no option than to use alternative AI platforms. Very dissapointing. I would like either my credits back or a refund. I attempted to enhance my photo in firefly, off description. And wow terrible. To test my description I put the exact same text command into chat gpt. and it created exactly what i commanded, so I know it is not my text description. So I want either my points back or a refund for my recent subscription to adobe firefly $9.00 your system is glitchy, garbage. You should really let be try it, if they dont like what your ai generated give them points back. It would save you the loss of a firefly subscription. With so many issues all the time I’m not going to waste my time going into detail, it’s just endless processing, nothing is happening.  

I worked on an Adobe Firefly board for about 1hr. After the first 10 mins I shared the board with 2 team members. For the remaining time, i didnt see their icons show up since they hadn't viewed it yet. After about 1hr of working I got an error that said Firefly needed to reload. I reloaded, and noticed a team member was in the boards. But the boards had reverted back to where they were an hour ago and i lost all of my progress.

I was trying to make 2 or three videos but Firefly keeps adding words, changing the faces and other artifacts and errors, then it’s costing me hundreds more credits to fix the issues.  Can you help me get some credits back?  I’m a student and can’t afford to buy more credits.  Thank you.

that happens every day now! in the middle of a chat this error occurs. and no, nothing helped: no restart, no deleting browser cache , no other browser (firefox, chrome), nothing. this kills my workflow, my nerves and much worse: hours of my lifetime!!!!!!!!!!! and the so called support is no helpat all! i am very very disappointed about adobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and angry. as you can see. That’s it please look at my credits and credits’s consumption. It is the first time I try video generation and generated a 4s clip with kling for 125 credits and 2 8sec veo 3.2 each for 400 credits total 925 credits, far from my real credit limit.

Dat is vreemd en zou niet moeten lijkt mij.Je betaalt voor iets dat niet geleverd wordt. Zou ik met mijn klanten moeten doen dan ben ik ze zo kwijt...

Adobe Firefly Generate Video is telling me the 2 reference photos that I generated using Adobe Firefly can't be processed because they don't meet the guidelines. I’m confused. How do photos that were generated using Adobe Firefly not meet the guidelines?

I have submitted at least 10 prompt where it generates images and then it bigs out and it is as if it never was but i still got my credit substracted, it is infuriating and there is no history of it
