When I'm trying to create a video using images it keeps adding an extra face to the image when it's not asked for so I'm losing a lot of credits. I would imagine when it's doing things that it's not supposed to do and each time I try and even if I write do not add a face over the black circle it keeps adding the face

  I'm not sure how to report this really, discussion would be great. I'm really tired of this platform making me feel like a deviant for saying words like "body" or "undergarment" or "woman" in generative text tools. Since when is "woman" a bad word? I mean in artistic terms not our current sociopolitical landscape which is perhaps what is influencing Adobe...a devastation if true and also a good way to lose a huge customer base of creatives who need their words!! Seriously is there a secret language to use to actually derive benefit from what I'm PAYING for!? Because this is getting stupid. I can't get images to generate without setting off 15 alarms. Firefly is wasting my time and money with its overzealous word policing. WTF??

Going back to my generation history to find an image y entire generation History has disappeared stating 'No Generation History' How can I recover my recent creations? Adobe Firefly on Ipad(Mobile)

I'm trying to utilize kokopelli art within a text to image prompt. I have added a simple example kokopelli image but the results are nothing like the classic Hopi Native American forms. The prompt indicates that kokopelli is misspelled, so this common art object seems to be absent from the data set. How to get past this and stop wasting credits? 

I've just started using Firefly Boards and notice that some images I upload are showing up as very low quality/resolution. Seems to not happen with the smaller version of the image, but I would rather get a warning or rejection if my images are going to degrade. Now I'll have to go through and find/replace the bad ones one by one. 

I've created an image with adobe firefly that is perfect. Now I'd like to donwload it in high definition... How can i do?

Part of the audio generated by the text-to-avatar feature in Adobe Firefly is of higher pitch than the rest of the audio.

Hello Adobe Support,I noticed that I currently have two active Adobe Firefly Standard plans on my account:- One with a billing date of October 5, 2025- One purchased today, with a billing date of October 10, 2025I only intended to have one subscription. It seems I mistakenly purchased a second plan, thinking it would add more credits or features to my existing plan.Unfortunately, Firefly is not functioning correctly – despite the payment being processed, I am unable to use key features such as video generation or editing.Could you please:- Merge both subscriptions, or- Cancel one and move the credits to the other, or- Issue a refund for the duplicate subscription?I urgently need this resolved as I rely on Firefly for my creative work.Thank you very much for your help and quick response.Best regards,Mariola JordanEmail: mariola.jordan@gmail.com

Hello, there is a problem occurring when I'm trying to make a subscription, the program says there is a problem with my credit card, and it has the same problem when I'm entering another credentials. Could you please help solve the problem? 

When I first subscribed to Adobe last month, it was specifically for my business, which requires commercial-style videos. However, after creating just one or two videos, my monthly credits ran out—even though I was subscribed. Since then, I haven’t been able to use the service and have been stuck waiting without knowing how to get more credits. This means I lost an entire month of creating professional videos, right after I signed up and got started.

I am trying to create several videos with the same character.  Each time I create a new video, or edit a video, the character changes.  How do I create mulitple videos with consistent characters?  

Ho to animate an industrial drawing so that it look like it starts drawing from a single point outward that possibly has a 3d camera move? Ideally just by uploading an image to an ai service like the attached.

First, let me tell you what happened to me.A few months ago, I purchased Adobe Firefly from a seller on "S" marketplace.Before purchasing, I asked the seller about the product. The seller said the service duration was for 1 month which automatically stops after 1 month, get 7000 credits + 4000 bonus credits that would expire if not used.After my purchase, the seller gave me an Adobe Firefly account and email. He also told me to visit https://firefly.adobe.com to start using it. I tried it, and Firefly worked fine. I used it although not every day and stopped using it before 30 days due to taking care of my family.A few months later when I checked my account again, I was surprised because there were 11000 credits that shouldn't have been in my account. Then I looked for information in my account and found two "Annual plan, paid monthly" statuses for Adobe Firefly Pro and Creative Cloud Pro even though I never purchased those annual plans. At

Hello Everybody, I'm worrying about my generative credits, I had 1000 Credits after an annual plan since 2 months ago, now they're 900/1000 and it's not reseting or renewing since my annual subscription. So when should it renew or reset to 1000 Credits again? I'm just worrying if it never resets forever.

I would like larger previews of favorite images generated on Firefly.They are really too small, and it's difficult to choose the best one to use.Now I have to download them and then choose the best ones on my computer... which is very inconvenient and tedious.
