Questions

Video models are producing very slowly. Also, seedance and grok video models should be added.

i just bought 2,000 credits 2 days ago, and they are suddenly all gone. (profanity removed by mod)

Thousands of credits have been taken from my balance but when I review my generation history for this month there’s no way I could have used that much. Most of my generation has been for audio (79 music clips < 1min, 26 speech clips <1 min, 4 SFX clips) and 3 videos (100 credits each). However Firefly claims I've used 5,540 credit on that. Which can't be right.I did try out using the colour change tool in Adobe Stock but was under the impression that that didn't count towards my credit usage and it never actually worked anyway (would hang indefinitely).

I am here for the last 10 minutes. Thanks

hi bug downaloding

pls Solve my Issue Because I ma Strictly Follow Your Guide lines But its Shwing number of times I am loss my credits Because of this issue

I’m a subscriber from Turkey. During the first month, I used the program without any issues, but recently the commands we give are often not being applied even though our credits are still being deducted. With the current economic crisis in Turkey, people make personal sacrifices to afford applications like this, and this situation is honestly very upsetting. Please restore the credits we lost. I’m not asking for anything more. Just refund the credits that were spent without us receiving the videos.

Sevice not working, using my credits and not editing the pictures or creating the pictures I asked for. I need my credits restored.

CUSTOMER SERCVICE DOES NOT HELP AND DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND ME, SO I NEED A CREDIT REFUND NOW!

A render i have, has “SPORTS DOME ENTRY” sign up above a set of doors.  Firefly reports that DOME is triggering an issue and says “let me rephrase that” EDIT: it says quote “The word "Dome" in the signage description is likely triggering the filter. Let me rephrase:”EDIT: In another rendered view Firefly says: “The content filter is blocking again — likely "baseball" or the signage text”

Why does Adobe Firefly behave in an adversarial manner when I try to generate a beautiful woman in a beautiful bikini photo. What is there in those photos that you are preventing from generating? I say this honestly and sincerely: I find it beautiful and delightful to look at a beautiful woman in a proper bikini, without any sexual, erotic or pornographic effect. I hate such effects. Only a beautiful, clean bikini photo is beautiful when it does not have the above-mentioned elements. I personally hate above all that a woman is objectified and made into a sex object. I find it ugly and inappropriate and offensive to a woman's dignity. Bikinis are a beautiful summer outfit that is a natural part of feminine dressing. No one goes to the beach or swimming in a summer dress. It is vulgar and absurd. That is why there are swimsuits for every occasion, including bikinis. I am not some sick, weird bikini freak, but it bothers me when you see it as abnormal, when summer comes, women wear bik

I am consistently receiving an "Unknown Error" in the UI while attempting to use Adobe Firefly Sound Generation. Checking the browser DevTools (Network tab), the API request is returning a 405 Method Not Allowed status code.Context:Account Status: Paid subscription with sufficient credits.Tool: Sound Generation (Text to Sound).Error Code: 405 (Method Not Allowed).Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:Tested in Incognito/Private mode (no extensions active).Cleared browser cache and cookies.Tested on a completely different network (Mobile Data/Hotspot).Tested on a different device (Mobile browser).Checked status.adobe.com (No reported outages). Conclusion:Since the 405 error persists across different devices and networks, the issue is clearly a backend routing or API configuration error on Adobe’s side. The server is rejecting the request method (likely POST) being sent by the Firefly frontend. Please escalate this to the engineering team to check the API endpoint health and routing rules fo

Adobe Firefly is processing my account using the credits provided. I am a monthly user.Even though there are deductions from my credits, it keeps failing to create and gives an error, and this problem did not exist before the process started from the beginning.

I have a problem with generating images - so slow and ending up with error. sooo annoying

for 5 days and multiple time a day i have been trying to generate a 5 second video from image that keeps erroring out. “ Something went wrongPlease try again later.”  Firefly did work in December during the free trial period but seems to have completely failed.

Dear Adobe Support,I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an incorrect subscription renewal and attempted charge after I canceled my Adobe Firefly trial. On the renewal date, at 08:50 AM Cyprus time, I received confirmation from your support agent that my subscription had been canceled. I have a screenshot of this conversation as evidence. Based on this confirmation, I understood that the cancellation had been processed before the scheduled renewal. However, I did not receive any cancellation confirmation email. I contacted support again before the renewal time to clarify the issue. During this second conversation, I was repeatedly transferred and eventually the chat was closed without resolving my request. At 12:16 PM Cyprus time, I finally received the cancellation confirmation email. This means the cancellation was only processed after the renewal had already taken place, despite my earlier request and your agent’s direct confirmation at 08:50 AM.After receiving the cancellation

I uploaded a reference illustration I created, and added these prompts: “change the perspective of the reference image into a view from above. make it look like a little island seen from high bove. Keep the color and the the style of the artwork the same as the reference image.”-and-“Take this illustration and change the perspective to more above, like a Birds Eye view.”The generated image was nearly identical to the reference image, but with slight color changes in a few areas.results were unusable

Creates either wrong image, gives exact same image, or adds things to image I didn’t ask for.

We get a lot of posts in the Photoshop forum from people trying to use Generative Fill on still images with too much skin exposed, and getting the Does not meet our guidelines error message.  I was trying to create video in Firefly earlier using this picture of my brother, and got the same message.  My prompt asked for my brother to climb on the pig’s back and ride it like a bucking bronco.  It’s something we really did do a couple of times in the 1950s when dad was not there.  I got the same error message, and I’m guessing that the Ai interpreted the pig as exposed skin, but I am also wondering if it was able to reject it on the grounds of cruelty to animals?  I was using Veo 3.1

la meilleure fonctionnalité serait de ne pas perdre de credits, comme si de rien n’etait ..

Не работают ИИ. Только от adobe.
