Please Hire someone that has done design at least for a month.   So: I pay subscription (very expensive in my country and considering I only get to use apps that are no longer number 1 ) I figured with subscription I'd get more than your mediocre censored models I can't even make wild life thumbnails with. Your video generation service? No one is paying for that either. giving us 2 tries is laughably bad. Superior tech is way cheaper and better.   Why don't you hire me, I'll do it: stop developing those apps no one uses, some because you keep them on other pay walls..how about substance 3d or animate, or XD any of these other apps no one uses and use that money on giving us the AI we DESERVE as SUBSCRIBERS. Stop treating your clients like second class.   and for fcks sake just make After effects fast, how hard is for management to understad that? 3

Estou tentando pela primeira vez traduzir um vídeo de português para inglês. Este é um vídeo que vai para o meu canal do YouTube. No conteúdo eu explico o que é física quântica. Mas o Firefly afirma que eu estou violando alguma regra. Ele para o processo, diz que violei a guide line mas não especifica qual é o problema. Já li a regra completa e não identifiquei um ponto que seria contra as diretrizes. O vídeo original, em português, já esta inclusive no YT. Eu posso fazer algo sobre isso ? Há alguma revisão ? Uma interação humana que possa validar isso? Já tive um problema similar no YouTube em um vídeo sobre história que citei a palavra "nazismo", o algorítmo travou meu vídeo e tive a opção de pedir revisão. Um humano assistiu e validou que não havia apologia ou coisas do gênero, e o vídeo foi liberado. I dont know why Im getting this "You no longer have access to Firefly due to violation of our User Guidelines" message. I dont think that Im violating any of the User Guidelines. But if I do, please tell me what kind of violation that I did. This web really helped my work and now I cant used it anymore, I just want to know the reason.   

Im uploading family photos and they are somehow 'violating' the terms of use.

I used to be able to merge a "Composition" image into the "Style" of another image no problem. Now I am having issues where the "Style" image is also manipulating the "Composition" of the generated result, which I DON'T want. Any tips?

Help.  I'm running the Chrome browser and I don't want to change but I can't run Firefly on Chrome.  I've heard that there is a change I need to make to Chrome so that it will run Firefly but I can't find that change info anywhere. I'm a member of Adobe and when I call up Firefly it loads okay but when I try to use any of the functions it tells me to login, and when I login is where Firefly won't load.  I'm attaching a screen shot of what comes up when I try to load Firefly.  It loads, but then there is a screen asking me to "Accept" or "Cancel" but clicking on either does nothing.  The strange this is I can see Firefly clearly loaded in the background but I can't get to it because of this little screen out in front that wants a response "Accept" ro "Cancel" but no amount of clicking does anything.  The exact same thing happens in Microsoft Edge as well, so I'm stumped and it's a bummer because I really want to get more "AI' than I can with Photoshop

Hello,I had access to Firefly Video and successfully generated 2 videos during my trial.After that, I was prompted to purchase a Firefly Standard subscription. I subscribed — but now the "Generate" button is greyed out, and the feature no longer works.I would like to clarify: is Firefly Video included in the Standard plan?If not, how can I join the beta program to continue using it for my creative projects?Thank you!

I have added a few images to favourites, can some kind person tell me how I can find them? 

I design, make & sell jewelry. I want to make a video for a pair of earrings using the image I have online. Each earring is a slice of pumpkin pie with a swirl of whip cream.  Above the piece of pie is a small topaz colored crystal which really doesn’t need to be included. I’m having trouble learning Firefly and although I’ve come up with a couple of Prompts for this, I know they won’t produce the video I’d like. I’d attach the image but every time I do the Post button grays out. Is there a way I have missed for Firefly to take two of my images and swap the face in one for the face in the other? Also, can I create a character (say, for a comic) and have firefly "learn" her so I can use her in my prompts? If it could do those two things.... it would be so perfectly awesome and I could drop all my other subscriptions.

I feel I am wasting time and money using Firefly, although I am open to my errors when writing a prompt so any advice would be helpful. I have a 3D image i created in illustrator, added to Firefly and wrote a prompt. The render came back cropped which is absolutely no good to me as it's a client logo. When I wrote another prompt asking for it not to be cropped and to leave a white area around the image it still did not work.Please see my screenshot. I've been using Firefly fow a week now and to be hones, as of yet I cannot use any of its outputs. I get a much better result using Runway.However, I am open to suggestions on how to better my experience.
