P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

nel tentativo di generare immagini con AI in Adobe Firely , mi viene continuamente fermata la generazione per mancanza di crediti , ma io i crediti li ho.. 

Posso capire perche ho questo "limite" tra l'altro da settimane ?

You did not say what Firefly function you were using when you received the message, but I suspect you were using a Firefly premium feature such as text to image with Model 4 Ultra or text to video. If so, this into this thread addresses the issue you raise. Please see my pinned message above which explains this.

If you were not using a Firefly premium feature, then please reply with the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.

I have 498/500 it's telling me I need to purchase Firefly pro to be able to create anymore

Não estou conseguindo usar o firefly mesmo tendo 1000 créditos generativos mensais. Fica aparecendo a janela de compra do firefly.

O que eu faço para usar Se ja sou assinante do pacote adobe?

Bonjour je souhaite génerer des videos a partir de photos, sur mon compte j'ai 981 crédiots sur 1000 et losque je fais générer un message apparait pour me signaler que je n'ai pas de crédit alors que j'en au 981, pouvais vous m'aidez

Ya has utilizado las 2 generaciones gratuitas de esta función prémium. Adquiere un plan Firefly ahora para obtener acceso ilimitado.

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I purchased the Adobe Firefly ₹797.68 monthly plan 3 days ago.
My subscription status is showing as active in my Adobe account. However, when I try to generate images on Firefly, it is asking me to purchase or upgrade a plan again.

I have already tried logging out, clearing browser cache, and re-logging in, but the issue still persists.

Kindly refresh my subscription status or fix this issue immediately, as I have an active plan and should have access to unlimited standard image generations.

Which plan did you purchase? Are you trying to generate images or video? If images, are you trying to generate Model 4 Ultra?

 

Please include the following information:
• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing.
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
