P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Hello, I was really excited to try Adobe Firefly Video but it was quite disappointing to see that it’s limited to only 2 video generations. Currently, there are many alternative AI video generation tools available such as Runway, Pika, and Luma AI, and many of them offer more generous or affordable options. I would have expected a bigger platform like Adobe to provide more flexibility and production capacity. Limiting users to just 2 videos prevents us from truly exploring the tool's potential and giving meaningful feedback. I also find the extra generative credit pricing quite expensive compared to market alternatives. I hope Adobe will consider offering more video generation rights to Creative Cloud subscribers or revising the pricing policy in the future. Best regards.

I have already purchase Adobe All Package Standart and still have 922 Credit but at the third Generate process, I have been asked to pay.

He comprado la versión mensual, y no me deja acceder al editor de video, aparece el vídeo explicativo pero no avanza ni da más opiones.

Thanks for writing in. Have you purchased the Firefly Premium plans? What type of plan are you on, enterprise or personal?

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Firefly Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing, and then please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of that box, blacking out your personal details. Please also tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

I’m a user subscribed to the Creative Cloud All Apps plan. The 2,000 Firefly credits allocated to me each month are not being used. When I try to generate a video from an image, I get a message saying that I’ve used up all the free credits and can’t proceed. This happens even though all 2,000 credits are still available in my account.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Thanks for writing in. Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.

No permite crear videos en Firefly a pesar de contar con créditos suficientes.
La licencia está activa y en vigor, pero el sistema no permite generar videos. Sin embargo, sí es posible generar imágenes desde el mismo programa sin inconvenientes.
