P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Bonjour dans firefly , je peux avec mes 448 credits  créer des images mais je ne peux créer des videos , est-ce normal ? faut-il etre prenium ? j 'ai l abonnement  adobe ps avec firefly inclus.

Are you trying to generate video?  If so, have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?

 

What type of plan are you on, enterprise or personal?

 

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Firefly Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

Note that all accounts received two complimentary Firefly video generations. After those were consumed, you have to be on a plan that includes Firefly premium features.

 

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing, and then please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of that box, blacking out your personal details. Please also tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

It doesnt register my credits. It prompts me to pay when i already have all app plan.

What are you trying to generate?

 

The text/image to video, or the audio features, are not included in the Creative Cloud All apps plan. You'll need a Firefly premium subscription to use them.

Hola, buenas a quien lea este mensaje.

Redacto principalmente este error/problema/inconveniente debido a una confusión en cómo se maneja la generación de video en los planes de Firefly, si bien tengo en mi posesión una suscripción activa de todas las aplicaciones de adobe, en conjunto con los 1000 créditos mensuales, sigo sin poder generar videos.

El error principal que me aparece es el de que la generación está limitada a dos videos generados, y si se quieren generar más, debemos ser premium (caso en el que si lo soy); siguiente a este está la ventana de pagar para obtener solo Firefly y poder generar videos. Me gustaría comprender si Firefly entonces es un producto aparte de toda la suscripción adobe y aparte de los 1000 créditos disponibles para generación, o se trata de un error en el que nos está pidiendo para pagar a pesar de tener adquirido todo Adobe con la suscripción.

Ante estas dudas, me gustaría saber si a alguien le sucede lo mismo o si alguna parte del soporte de Adobe podría explicar mejor como funciona esto o si se trata de un error. Gracias, y saludos.

Thanks for writing in. Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.

Firefly is part of my subscription and i have enough credits but it won't let me generate anything. It always comes up with the plans for purchase.

Dear Adobe Support,

I have an active subscription that includes full access to Adobe Creative Cloud. However, when I try to use the Firefly Video (Beta) feature, I receive a message saying: "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your administrator to request access."

As far as I know, I should have access based on my subscription. I am not part of an organization that restricts features, and I am signed in with the correct account.

Could you please help clarify why this is happening and how I can gain access to the Firefly Video Beta?

Hi Folks, 

Anyone else absolutely revolted by the new pay to play for Firefly that they want on top of our CC subscriptions?  First of all, Firefly sucks.  Of all that I've used, Sora, Leonardo, Kaiber, ChatGPT, Runway, it's by far the worst AI out there, and never comes close to a outputing something close to a promt, not ever.  Other AIs are much better, and now they think we're gonna pay for it?  Please speak up and show your contempt for the greedy money grab and shake down of loyal paying customers.

Generative video does not work even if I still have about 950 credits left. Is it an issue with the plataform or my current plan?
