Premium Adobe Subscriber with Restricted Firefly Access

Hi there,

I'm encountering a problem with Adobe Firefly (video). While I have a premium Adobe subscription, Firefly restricts me to just two or three AI video generations. After that, it asks me to buy a separate subscription for further use.

Firefly premium features (text to video, image to video, and translation services) require a premium subscription. Nonpremium features such as text to image, generative fill, text effects, text to vector, etc. are included in Creative Cloud subscriptions. For more detailed information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

Adobe Stock is also a separate subscription. Please see: https://stock.adobe.com/plans

Hello @rasina_8274,

When you say you have a premium Adobe subscription, have you purchased one of the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plansAdobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan.

Thanks,

Hi,

I have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription but seem to be missing full access to Firefly and Adobe Stock. I haven't purchased Firefly separately, and I thought both were included with the subcription.

Hello,

Adding to the previous message sent, It looks like I also don't have full access to Adobe Stock too, it's telling me to sign up for a 30-day free trial.

Hello,

I have tried all the methods suggested, but I still have the same problem.

I am also using the correct email address, as I have full premium access to Adobe Express but having problems with Adobe Firefly.

Best,

Rasina
