    HHello Hajar,

    Thank you for your response.

The issue is not related to a still image. It occurs when I try to edit an already generated video using Runway inside Adobe Firefly.

The original video was created directly in Firefly using Kling 3.0. After the video was generated, I selected the option to edit it with Runway. However, every prompt I submit results in an error, regardless of the wording or type of edit requested.

I am currently unable to attach the original video file or a ZIP archive because the support interface does not provide an option to upload it.

Could you please provide an alternative way to send the original video, such as a secure upload link or another supported method? I can also provide screenshots or a screen recording showing the error and the exact steps that lead to it.

    To summarize:

    • The original video was generated inside Adobe Firefly.
    • The generation model used was Kling 3.0.
    • The error appears when I try to edit that video using Runway.
    • The error occurs with every prompt.
    • I cannot attach the original file through the current support interface.

Please let me know how I can send the original video for investigation.

    Hi Zloykonsultant,
Thank you for clarifying and for providing such a detailed summary of your workflow. That gives us a much clearer picture of what is happening when you attempt to edit the Kling 3.0 video with Runway.

To help our engineering team investigate the underlying cause of this error, could you capture your browser logs while attempting to reproduce the issue? Specifically, collecting a HAR file during the exact moment the prompt fails will allow us to inspect the network requests and hopefully return with a solution.

You can follow the step-by-step instructions here to generate the file: Collecting logs for generation errors in Adobe Firefly.

⚠ Important Privacy Note: Because HAR files can capture personal data and sensitive session information, please do not post the file publicly in this thread. Instead, upload the file to a secure storage service like Google Drive or Frame io, and share the link with me directly via a private message.

We appreciate your patience and collaboration while we look into this for you.

    Hi Zloykonsultant,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Could you please share the original image file in a .zip archive? This will help preserve the original quality and metadata of the file for investigation.

Also, could you please clarify: was this file originally generated within Firefly, or did you upload it from your device?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hajar
