Yves Peters’ November 18 post on the Adobe Fonts blog, Create with hundreds of new fonts this holiday season, contains a graphic showcasing the Forma DJR font that includes a line written in Hebrew. In the graphic, the phrase אני אוהב טיפוגרפיה (I love typography) is written backwards – from left to right – and is effectively gibberish because Hebrew is a RTL language. I assume the designer didn't use the World-Ready Composer setting in InDesign 🙂 

Since the last time i Photoshopped some banners every time i restart or open my PC, Creative Cloud do some downloading then "Roboto Condensed Bold activated" notification pops up. I think it also eats up a tiny bit of my space. What should i do to prevent this? 

Can you search by type? Script, sans, sans serif?

I've been having trouble trying to find a place where I can buy a general licence for the COLFAX Font family, for use on Office Suite programs. It's an Adobe Font, so it should be buyable in one of the Sites listed under https://www.adobe.com/de/products/type/fonts-by-adobe.htmlbut none of them sell Colfax. Is there any other way I can buy an original License ?? COLFAX Font Adobe Website :https://fonts.adobe.com/search?query=colfax

Hello creative people...I have activated Raleway fonts from Adove Fonts library, but those all looks the same when I am trying to use in the illustrator and photosho.I tried deactivating for several times, but still facing the same issue.  Hope someone can help me with this.Thanks in advance 🙏

After re-login the adobe accounts, all the fonts are not showing up in the software.I followed the instructions here https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-font-activation.htmlBut my creative cloud only has the notification icon. I can not change the font setting.I tried login and logout, restarting my computer, deleting and installing all the software and creative cloud, and I keep the CC update to latest version, but the fonts are still not showing up and the font icon is still not showing up in CC.(using mac system and all the software are the newest version)Any other solutions?Thank you very much

Hi, I'm using a typekit on my Wordpress site, and I'm getting an Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<' in Chrome DevTools. I found out that the closing "/" is missing from <link  />, which I traced back to the web code attached to my Project ID in Adobe. I can't modify this on my end from what I can see. The fonts work fine, but from a professional visibility standpoint the errors thrown are bothering me. Am I missing something I could do to alleviate this?Is there a way to fix this?

Copperplate font is changing automatically to an other font how could I fix this. 

Hello, I am tring to use a font i used before but i can manage to find it. I can find it on my pc but not on my ipad. The font is called MV Boli and looks like this.  

What do I do with my documents using Type 1 fonts in Janaury 2023, that Adobe don't have?

I have a CC license, tethered to me as a user in a network/enterprise environment. I have no access to Adobe Fonts. Below any font, it just says 'Available in CC'

Using fonts.adobe.com with my Creative Cloud account, I would like to organize fonts for an upcoming project and share with collegues for review. Other than clicking the "heart" / favorite button, I see no way to create a custom tag, label or folder and organize fonts in this way. Am I missing something?  This would be very helpful when you are researcing possible fonts for many different projects. Any insights are welcome. 

어도비 고객센터에 문의해봤는데 각 폰트 마다 이용 범위가 다르니 검색해서 알아보라는 답변을 받았습니다.각 폰트 홈페이지에 들어가봤는데 라이센스 범위가 따로 나와있지 않는 곳들이 많고 영문 폰트이다 보니 직접 해당 제작사에 문의하기가 어려워 도움을 구해봅니다.  Gautreaux 글꼴을 패키지 디자인에 사용하려고 하는데 문제 없을까요?혹시 각 폰트 이용 가능 범위를 확인하는 방법이 따로 있을까요? 

Many years ago, I purchased the entire Adobe Font package containing thousands of fonts. Now that Adobe (and others) are subscription-based my  Type 1 fonts are no longer being supported. I find it troubling that I now have to purchase (through a subscription) ie "rent" the fonts that I paid thousands of dollars to own back in 1999/2000. I find it troubling that those of us who paid for a product are now being charged again for the product. We should not have to rent the very fonts we purchased. If the technology changes, we should get an update if the purchase is no longer supported.

Hi, I'd like to use Berthold City Light in a game I am making,  I understand that while it is avaialble from a number of free font sites, the license is Copyright (c) 1991, 1993 Adobe Systems Incorporated. How can I legally use this font in my game? Many thanks,  

Hallo, ihr kennt ja sicherlich die Problematik mit Google Fonts und die Lösung als lokale Speicherung. Die rechtlich saubere Nutzung von Adobe Fonts in Webprojekten ist ja das selber Problem.Wie bekomme ich es rechtlich sicher? Ich würde lieber Adobe Fonts nutzen statt andere.Geht der Dienst nicht auch über europäische Server, damit ist es ja gelöst.

Hi, i´ve embedded the adobe font:  "Goldenbook" to a wordpress site via embed link. Unfortunately, certain special characters are not displayed correctly in mobile browsers (ios and Android). See screenshot:On Desktop they are displayed correctly. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

I'm working on a quirky website promoting gifts for conspiracy theorists. I'd like to give it a subtly quirky look. I'm tentatively using Futura for headings and Georgia for the main text.However, I found a font pairing I really like at https://www.typewolf.com/schnyder. If you scroll down to "Luxury Reimagined," you'll see an example where they use Futura in the main text, with a font called Schnyder used in the heading.Can anyone tell me if Adobe has any fonts similar to Schnyder that would similarly work well with Futura? Or if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.Thanks!

Hello fellow creatives, after signing out of my account in the creative cloud desktop app and signing back in, no fonts are showing under active or inactive fonts.  I get what I assume is the starting page for when you don't have any fonts yet. Wierd thing is, when I click on search for fonts and get to the browser overview of all the adobe fonts I can manage my fonts just fine. They are all there, I can activate and deactivate them but nothing shows up in the app.  I searched for updates but all programms are up to date. I deinstalled creative cloud and installed it again, no luck.  At this point I am out of ideas. I'm working on a HP Z8 G4 with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,I am looking to design ceramic mugs and cosmetic bags as an alphabet range using single letters printed on them. See image attached. These would be for sale online and in-store.      This below is under FAQ on adobe fonts and not sure whether I am able to do this or not?  ‘Can I use the fonts to make stencils, stickers, jewelry, or anything else that features a single letter or glyph?No. You may not create a product that is individual glyphs from the font files, e.g. an alphabet set of each letter to spell out your own phrase. Creating products from individual glyphs is not allowed in any format.’ Assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!Thanks

I work in a screen printing shop that uses graphic approval forms to send to customers. I have a template for said form, and it mostly consists of the font family Proxima Nova. At random times, it'll say the font is missing from my computer, even though it is an Adobe Font that I have activated. I have to keep going into Creative Cloud to deactivate and reactivate it again. It's getting so annoying! Sometimes I even have to restart my computer for it to take effect. Is there a workaround for this? It only seems to do it with Proxima Nova...

Dear All,Perhaps someone can help me: I need to edit a simple page made in illustrator with a font that is not supported by default (Subfamily of Gill Sans). With the old desktop version of Adobe illustrator I could just copy the  *.ttf files in my Windows Font folder, but with the cloud version you need to use: https://helpx.adobe.com/mena_ar/creative-cloud/help/add-your-fonts-to-creative-cloud.html. I can upload them, but Unfortunately it seems they are not actived and Adobe support is unable to help me. Is there perhaps a work around? Regards J.
