On at least three different computers at my work, I have been able to simultaneously publish to youtube and Facebook.Recently I've noticed that I was signed out of Facebook on my main publishing machine and I logged back into Facebook. After successfully logging in with my FB credentials I would get the following error message. After clicking on OKAY I then see.The above says "The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings." I'm interpreting it as Facebook is reporting the error is on the side of Adobe.Is there any way to remedy this on my end as a user?

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows of a way to have a watch folder that stitches together the video clips that are dropped into it? Would also be amazing if anyone knows how to set a watch folder to stitch together multiple videos dropped and stitch them to one video?

Not sure why AME is causing issues. Made a social media post on Photoshop CC (latest) that has several lines of text that animate in and pause for a few frames before continuing to next. Gif exports fine from Save as Legacy. When I try and convert a .gif to H.264 the end result removes all pauses in the animation which makes it difficult to read, but oddly doesn't make the end result any shorter. Original 14.8 seconds / export 14.8 seconds. I've even tried the online Adobe Express converter. Did the same thing. Second issue is if I bring the .psd into media encoder to export straight to H.264 it completely obliterates the animation. Wrong scale text, incorrect positioning of elements that animate. Is there some setting I'm missing? Any suggestions as to what I can do to get this to work? Thanks for any help. 

Hi, Is it possible to export/transcode multiple sequences or source files at once? At my place of work we use machines that are powerful enough to export multiple outputs for one file. It would save a lot of time if we could export multiple files at the same time, instead of waiting for each individual sequence or file to export one at a time. Since we use machines that should be powerful enough to handle multiple outputs, I'm thinking that this should be able to work for multiple sequences or source files. Is this a feature Adobe currently has or may implement in the future?

Hi, My workflow requires that I set the in-point at a consistent timecode for files I receive for transcoding.  Is there a way to have a watch folder automatically set the in-point for an export when I drop a source file in? This would be a very helpful feature for Adobe to implement, if it's not availabe already. 

I am trying to export 30 minute videos from Premiere through Media Encoder. Each time I try to export, it fails. I have exported 2 videos successfully, but every one after that has failed. The only erroe is for the Warp Stabilizer, and each time it gives a different time-code for where the erroe occurs. I have re-analyzed the stabilizer, tried nesting then exporting, and rendered the project several times. I have also tried exporting directly through Premiere, and the same thing happens. It also says that the eroor is on V4 of the timeline, when there isn't any video on V4... This is extreemely frustrating so any insight or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks! 

Howdy folks, I am trying to render a 2.5 minute animation, which is estimated to take 15 hours to render, but suddenly hangs (without error, just endlessly) after 13.5 hours!  I don't know what to do, it's so frustrating.  I left the drive working overnight, awoke to see it still working with just an hour and a half remaining, and then it just stays that way without making any further progress.  I check the status of the app and it has not failed. I am able to access all of the data on the drive without a proble, (I opened AfterEffects and was able to move through that portion of the video in the timeline, albeit slowly.).  I pause Media Encoder and resume - nothing changes.  The only thing I seem to be able to do is cancel, which works fine *except I lose 13 hours of rendering!  It's a performance video and the same 4K shots (transcoded to h264) from start to finish (long takes), so I don't think it's some bit of bad footage throwing it off. I'm super confused right now. I have seen the option to make a preset with h.265 AKA HEVC for years in Adobe Media Encoder. Recently I got two Macs, one is mine, the other one I got from the company I work for. I got both just a few days ago, days apart, so the version of AME is the same in both, 22.4. Both are missing HEVC. It is available in that new interface Premiere has, but AME doesn't even know it exists. I rendered a small video from Premiere to HEVC and it went fine. Then, I chose to render with AME. When I switched to AME, the video was waiting, but just as an audio preset. And I can't be sure of this, but I went into Premiere's sequence settings, where you have all the different editing modes, there's only one that is 4K, the rest don't go above HD, and I think I remember seeing some 4k presets there, but I could be wrong.But teh absence of HEVC is just bizarre, especially after reading this: https://helpx.adobe.com/media-encoder/using/whats-new/2022-1.html#hardwar

Hi there, I've got a big issue there, as my macbook pro is very bad in performance it cannot playback 4K files 100fps 10bit 4:2:2, this makes it absolutely impossible to cut and and edit. therefore proxies need to be the solution, but this doesnt work nowadays, dont know because if its because of the new update idk. scenario:--> i interpret the footage to 25fps as my wish is to generate slo-mo. therefore i want to make proxies --> right click generate proxies. --> we are going to MEDIA ENCODER --> cancel the rendering for the first time --> reset the status, --> we need to interpret the footage to 25fps again, BUT there is no option for it. one month ago there was a option but now its not there anymore, i mean its there but disabled.  now i'm lost, dont know what do do. is this a bug, or adobe is just playing around?Br stipe

Is anyone else experiencing severe slowness with the new version of media encoder? I'm using it to render DPX log files that would never take more than an hour to render previously, but now are taking 9 hours+.

Hello everyone, not sure if anyone noticed already, but after latest updates AME runs renders with After Effects as a Background process opposed to child. Attaching before and after images. Meaning - when you begin encoding, After Effects runs as an instance among Background Processes in Task Manager, versus child process as it was doing all the time in the past. You wonder what is the difference? If render got slow or stuck, in the past you could have just killed AE process, and it automatically triggered new AE instance for render, to pick up where it has left. Now, as it appears in background processes - this does not remain to work in the same way. Sometimes, when AE process is killed - it doesn't trigger new instance anymore, which causes renders to fail completely if exporting to single output. The questions are:1. Why its no longer a child process and is it really the latest update change? As it started behaving this way only recently. 2. Is there a way

Hello everyone, recently I noticed that UHD videos rendered with hardware encoding no longer play on some external devices (Samsung QM43R - Digital Signage Player). Hi, what are the first a few things to check when clicking "send to media encoder" won't do anything? It doesn't launch ME. I have a few videos to export at once and now using within ME to queue one by one instead of doing it from ppro.attached the export setting page for reference.I have restarted the PC, but have not re-installed the apps yet. can't afford to download again while working at this project.. looking a root cause without re-installing the apps.Thank you.

Hey, I have created a video ad to be use on Hulu. I need help converting the video ad via AME so that it fits all of Hulu's requirements (screenshot below).  Using AME, I would like to change the video ad audio bit depth to either 16 or 24 (for audio channel 2). I've been using PREMIERE to convert 29,97p video to 25i with excellent results, exporting timeline through Media Endocer. But now on the Mac Studio with M1 chip, all exports contain glitches. Forum's discussion seems to point that ruinng both applications in ROSETTA mode correct this. Any idea when this will be fixed?

Does anyone know how I can import my presets and Watch Folders from AME 2020 or 2021 into 2022? Although it's installed, I've been avoiding using 2022 for months now because I don't have time to recreate everything.

Is there a way to set a specific poster frame when encoding with Adobe ME? I'm encoding to mp4.

First  : everything up to date to last 2022 version including nvidia drivers or system.Win 10/threadripper/64go.No extra security layer just window defender. AME fail to connect to project in erratic ways. If he get stuck only a reboot can temporaly solve this issue. Killing process do not solve anything/clearing cache do not solve anything.Ame is responding but progress are stuck at project connection or in the middle of encoding (never the same file, never the same frame)Can get stuck at the beginning of a batch,in the midle, or can works sometime.No after effects plugin. only compiling frames to movie. Tested on simple projects.Error log are irrevelant. Wrong job time log. Only show the classic log header and  " interrupt by user" if you do so .I was not concern by this problem on previous version only since last update.

I need to export clips from AE with alpha.Quicktime ProRes 4444 works fine, except it creates a huge file.If I didn't need the alpha, h.264 high quality 1080p HD works well enough.Is there a way to export alpha with a file size and image quality comparable to the above h.264 format?And without running AE twice?

I have a 19-second composition that only renders the first 1:32 seconds before freezing, then "failing" in Adobe Media Encoder. Pardon my ignorance because I'm not very knowledgeable on the interworkings of how RAM and memory, and all that, but it keeps saying I'm out of memory. I still have 6GB of 8GB of RAM available to use, and my driver is updated to the latest version according to my Mac's latest software update. I've tried exporting on the lowest settings possible while maintaining semi-good quality. Rendering on AE is set to "Mercury Software Only" and on ME it's on "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". I had never had this problem before until now. Is there something I'm missing here? Something I should be aware of or need to fix?

When I try to open Media Encoder v 22.4, it gets stuck charging Player MediaCore.prmHas anybody had the same problem? 

I normally render to an output folder and then manually upload to YouTube, but I was exporting roughly 40 videos and wanted to automate the process. Here are some errors I am having. After selecting publish to YouTube, logging in, and setting up and applying a preset to all my videos, I received one of these two errors on each video.YouTube(WARNING) - Thumbnail couldn't be added. Error: Invalid Credentials.Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project. What's most important is Error 1. The video uploads without the thumbnail (annoying but no big deal.) However, this is a 4K export, and having YouTube only process it in SD quality is just worthless. Youtube normally shows that it is processing SD, HD, and 4K outputs. However, when uploading through Media Encoder, it just shows SD. I am wondering if this will fix

Hi,  I've to export a bunch of media, between 30second to 2min more or less, but it take a while to export, about 40 minute to 1hour+ for each ! I did the exact same work months ago and it was just fine with older version.Why is it so slow ?? Thanks for your help The effects I use are : Color lumetri, UltraKey, and a Beautybox (by digital anarchy).I've already looked if metal is checked in Premiere and Media encoder (it is) and I work on a Mackbook Pro 2018, i7, Radeon pro Vega 20 4go, 32go RAM, last version of Premiere and Media Encoder.

Eu faço a edição no premiere, com todos os audios mixados e nivelados, mas o adobe encoder não está renderizando com volumes difernetes. Pelo premiere consigo normal, mas pelo encoder fica dando esse erro.
