All my images went grey after saving my last image

Hey there. Im concerned because I use Adobe scan as my prime image source to save images of important documents, invoices, etc. Today I added one new image to a file, and all the previous images in that file went grey. The only image available to see is my last one!

How can I retrieve my previous file, before the last added image?

Can I still trust adobe scan?

HI @Cavoke,

 

We checked the link you shared. The thread has a different issue which is being discussed. The issue discussed here is related to the scans getting greyed out while the shared link shows scans which are not visible on the application.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

We tried to reproduce the issue at our end but everything worked fine.

 

Would you mind checking if the application version is up to date? Also, is it possible to share a sample file with us for further investigation?
