All my scanned files disappeared

Question

I had at least hundreds of scanned files even till last night, but now I see everything is gone. I want to why everything got deleted and how can I recover them. Thanks.

Hi Tasnuva,

Sorry for the trouble caused.

As the files are not appearing in the application, could you please check if you can find them on the Document Cloud.

- Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

- Sign in with the same credentials that were used for Adobe Scan application.

- After log-in, go to Files > Adobe Scan folder

- Check if the files appear there.

If the file are available on Document Cloud, try the steps mentioned below.

- On the device, sign out of the Adobe Scan application.

- Uninstall the application.

- Reboot the device

- Then re-install the application from App Store.

If the issue persists, please share the Adobe Scan and iOS version on the device.
