All scans lost

Sorry for the trouble caused.

As you have mentioned above, you can not find the documents in the application and on Document Cloud.

Would you mind sharing the Adobe ID that you used to login to your Adobe Scan application in the privte message?

You can initiate the private message by clicking on the envelope icon provided at the top right corner near the profile icon on the community window. Then click on new message and in the send to filed add my profile name.

I had scanned a lot of important documents a few months back. For many months I was able to access them, add to them and edit with out any issues. Now I logged in for the first time from my new iPhone and they are all gone. I've looked in the DocumentCloud, but that folder is also empty. I had vet records, car maintenance records and receipts that were to be submitted for reimbursement to my HSA totally almost $6000. I need these documents back, where did they go? 

and it is not under another login, I only use my work account so I know how I logged in each time.

help!!!
