Can’t find image after scanning it and saving it as a pdf?

After I scan a document I cannot find it after I save it as a pdf and try to put it in my drive. The app. Used to let me do it but not anymore. What is different? How do I get my scanned document to show up in my scans?

Hi Bcarr,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have mentioned above, the scan does not appear after saving it in the application.

Did you check if it appears on the document cloud? If not, please check using the steps provided below:

- Open this link 

- Sign in using the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan application. 

- Once you are signed in, go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.

Check if the document shows in the list.

 

Try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

- Sign out of the application and uninstall it.

- Reboot the device

- Reinstall the application
