The documents scanned via the Adobe Scan application are saved in the Adobe Document Cloud, not in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
You can access your scanned documents online in the Document Cloud. Please refer to the steps provided below:
- Open this link Adobe Document Cloud
- Sign in with your Adobe ID and password that you use to the login to the Adobe Scan application.
- Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.
You will find all the documents listed there.
There is no direct option in the Adobe Scan application to save the documents locally on the device.
However, there is a workaround that you may refer to.
a) Using browser
- Open this link Adobe Document Cloud on a browser on your device and Sign in with your Adobe ID.
- Then go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder.
- Select the file from the list and download it on your device.
b) Using Mail
- Open the PDF in Adobe Scan app.
- Then click on the Share icon at the bottom.
- Select "Share a copy" from the options provided.
- Select Mail and send an email to yourself.
- Then open your mail and download the document from there.
