Hi Shane5D9B,

To remove the confidential document from Doc Cloud, the doc owner may open the document in Acrobat Reader and then delete the file or unshare it. Deleting a file permanently removes it from Doc Cloud, whereas when you Unshare a file, the recipients can no longer access it. See how to delete or unshare a file. Hope it helps!
