Documents from Adobe Scan disappeared

Hello! I recently updated my phone to an iPhone 12 Pro. I have been using Adobe scan for about 4 years on my previous phone. My documents always saved as pdf, and were visible from the cloud inside my acrobat reader on my desktop at home. After updating my phone, I opened Adobe Scan and it says I have no scans. If I log into the cloud they are also all gone. I have two different accounts, one linked to a personal email and one linked to my school email, and the files aren't in either place. How can I retrieve them? I have 4 years worth of school scans that it will be very difficult for me to recreate.
