Documents missing

Hi. I scanned documents this morning using my phone. Everything has disappeared. I need to retrieve it as soon as possible, I have checked all folders on my device and cannot find it. Please assist.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

All files created using the Adobe Scan app are automatically saved to Adobe Document Cloud by default. You can access them by logging into your Adobe Document Cloud account using your Adobe ID and password.

Please try the steps below:

  1. Go to Adobe Document Cloud.
  2. Log in with your Adobe ID credentials.
  3. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  4. Look for the Scan folder, where your scanned files should be stored.

 

Please check if you can locate your files there. Let us know how it goes.
