Question

How to edit email signature

When I go to share a scanned document via email, the Adobe Scan app automatically creates the email and inserts a default signature, which consists of my name, employer and cell phone number. I assume I set up that signature at some point, but now my employer has changed so I need to edit it. I can manually edit it each time I am about to send an email, but would like to find a way to edit the default that the app prepopulates when creating the email. Anybody knows how to do that?

Thank you in advance

Hi, I was finally able to figure this one out. I was confused because my Outlook, which I use for email, did not have a signature configured, so I assumed the signature was being inserted by the Adobe Scan app when creating the email. Turns out my iphone was using the Apple email app to create the email in Outlook, and the signature was coming from the Apple email app. I was able to edit the signature.

Thank you for your response.

Hi @Eugenio2401167787qd

As mentioned that in Adobe Scan it automatically inserts a signature while sharing the scan via email. We have tried to reproduce the issue but it is not working.

Could you provide a few more details?

1. Is it happening with a particular scan or with all scans?

2. If possible, could you share a screen recording of the issue?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh
