How to find scanned files that disappeared

My Adobe Scanner doesn't display all my previous scans. Where can I find them

@Stephen_Shi6901 Open your Adobe Scan app on your mobile device or tablet. Make sure to sign in with the same Adobe ID you use for the Adobe Scan app on your mobile device. Adobe Scan automatically uploads and stores your scans in the Adobe Document Cloud. This is the primary place to look for your files. Also, on my phone, I could also make a copy to Google Drive or Microsoft Teams too. If you click on the 'House' on Adobe Scan, you should see your scans as well.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Adobe Scan.

 

Adding to the comments by creative explorer, you can also log in to https://adobe.ly/4j7IllC and go the Adobe Scan folder.

 

If you are logged in with the same email address that you previously used to scan the documents, they will all be saved in this folder.

If the files are present, you might want to log out of the Adobe Scan application, and sign in again. Once signed in, allow the application some time to sync your files and they should appear on the list.
