I have lost a document i have synced with the cloud already

Hello i have saved few documents i have scanned with Adobe Scan, after i have migrated from my old phone it is so baffling that my files were not there anymore when everything was already on the cloud, any help will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Abdilatifysh,

     

    As you are looking for the files saved in the Adobe Scan application, by default all the scanned PDFs get saved in the Adobe Document Cloud.

    To check your files on Document Cloud, open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in with the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan application.

    Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder. Check if you can locate all the files there.
