Logged out and lost all data in adobe scan

Hi I was recently logged out and lost all last scans? Is there a customer service that can help??! When I re logged in everything was gone.

Hi Brittleah,

 

As you have mentioned that all the scans lost after you logged in again to the application. Please ensure that you are logged in using the same credentials that were used last time. Also, check if the application updated to te latest version.

 

In Adobe Scan, the documents automatically saves on Document Cloud. Did you check if you can view scanned PDFs on Document Cloud?

If not, try the steps provided below:

- Open this link 

- Sign in using the same credentials that you were using for the Adobe Scan application on the device.

- Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder

Check if the files appear there in the list.

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Sign out of the application and then uninstall it.

Reboot the device and then reinstall the application.

Is it possible you logged in with a different email address after being logged out? I believe the files are stored on the cloud so they should be shown when logged into the same account.
